The kitchen, with imported granite countertops & backsplash, Schffini Emporium Collezioni cabinets with precision soft-touch closures is thoughtfully well equipped to handle your culinary desires. Appliances include: Gas Cooktop, Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Convection Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher, In Suite Washer and Dryer.

Local public transportation is at your door step. Pacific Coach Lines is one block away offering Vancouver Airport or downtown Vancouver bus service. The Victoria Airport is 30 minutes away with convenient shuttle service available. The Coho Ferry to Washington State leaves from the Inner Harbour. BC Ferries with service to The Gulf Islands, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are a 30 minute drive and Pacific Coach Lines is one way to get there. The local bus can take you there as well. The float planes fly daily straight out of The Inner Harbour traveling to Seattle and Vancouver. The Victoria Clipper passenger only ferry sails into downtown Seattle and offers ground transport shuttles to other destinations in Seattle, such as the airport.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. Bikes are not available with this rental. Beautifully furnished upscale condo in prime location, no need for rental car& parking hassels!!

This was everything we hoped for - the pictures do not show the quality thruout this condo! We used hop-on/hop-off trolley to explore every where Bob, our driver, was very knowledgeable & we rode the entire route first then used it to see other areas of interest.Don't miss: Tea at The Empress (& grounds); exploring Chinatown (Venus Sophia does a nice tea); the Inner harbor area with the Parliament, lit at night; Craigdarroch Castle; & the Butchart Gardens, the afternoon Tea is more like a light lunch.

Well IF you want to cook in Victoria, every small appliance imaginable is supplied! Wonderful restaurants, shopping, site-seeing and fun is right at your door step. Loved the security for our car! We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying here. It is clean, well equipped and furnished. Major city attractions are within an easy walking distance. The added value is having a concierge who welcomed and oriented me to the condo suite and facilities.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
