Cow Hollow is a livable and walkable neighborhood where you can easily traverse the level streets. The commercial district, which runs along Union Street, is full of trendy shops and boutiques, spas and salons, restaurants, clubs, pubs, and nightspots. City bus service is readily available for commuters; and Highway 101, which runs along Lombard Street. Chestnut Street has amazing fun restaurants, groceries and shopping.

What makes this Apartment unique
Enjoy access to public transportation (1-2 blocks to major bus lines 41, 45, 22 and 30) and leave your car safely parked in our private garage.
We had an excellent stay. The home lived up to all our expectations. It was very well appointed, everything was in excellent condition and 'as advertised '. We had no issues while there and the owners were helpful throughout process and very responsive to any questions. Would stay again without hesitation.
Perfect Flat in a Perfect Location
Our month stay could not have been a more perfect one in this lovely 2 bedroom, beautifully furnished flat. Loretta and Gary were exceptional hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions and left detailed, easy to follow, directions for access to garage and flat. Everything was so thoughtfully provided from the well stocked modern kitchen, to the lovely linens and towels. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient too. The flat was impeccably clean, airy and bright with comfortable living and dining room furniture. We so enjoyed walking out the front door and down to the water in just a few minutes. The Golden Gate bridge was glimpsed from the living room window. Safeway shopping was a walkable distance. The flat was easy walking distance to Union and Chestnut streets which are full of shops, movie theaters, and a multitude of cafes and dining choices. This flat was everything and more we could have asked for! What a delightful month!
Very attractive, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great neighborhood with responsive hosts.
We "lived" in the apartment for 6 weeks. The apartment felt brand new. The decor was modern and attractive and the furniture was just right for comfort and even entertaining. The big new kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of and more.
The apartment offered two comfortable bed and bedrooms (great mattresses) and the "extra" room/large closet where there is a small desk which was perfect for setting up our laptop and taking care of business since we were away from home for so long.
We loved the location. We could actually see the bridge from the living room window as well. We selected this neighborhood because of its proximity to restaurants, retail and the bay (for just looking at the awesome scenery including the GG bridge) and we ere not disappointed. This particular apartment was right between to two major retail streets of Union and Chestnut. And, we were able to pick up public buses with blocks of the apartment to go just about anywhere in the city we wanted.
Although we never met the hosts, they were responsive to our correspondence and requests.
I would recommend this rental without hesitation.
Newly Renovated, Clean & Comfortable
This was the perfect property rental for a two month extended stay in San Francisco. The owners were very easy to work with and very responsive. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures - new renovated, clean, comfortable and well - appointed. It was great to have an easy walk to all Cow Hollow / Marina restaurants, cafes, shops and to be within walking distance to Pac Heights, Russian Hill, Presidio and Golden Gate Promenade / Bay Trail.

Beautiful renovation. All new furniture, kitchen, etc. Very tastefully decorated. Great location. Walking distance to Union Street, Chesnutt Street resaturants, gyms, boutiques, salons, etc. The landlord and her neighbors were really helpful in helping getting us setteled.
