This newly renovated, newly designed classic Charleston Single home is the perfect property to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer! This three story house has beautiful porches on the first and second floors along with a rooftop sundeck and is located just two short blocks from the Historic Upper King Street Restaurant & Design District. This highly desirable area is where Charleston is growing and many of the city's top restaurants and boutiques are just a short stroll away from this lovely home. Enjoy morning coffee on one of two covered porches as you take in the great street views and cooling breeze. Or enjoy a sunset cocktail on the rooftop porch overlooking the gorgeous city skyline and the stunning Cooper River Bridge. Two yoga mats along with yoga blocks and an exercise ball are also provided if rooftop yoga is your desire.

The home has three spacious bedrooms, each with a new queen bed and furnished with luxury linens. The home features a full bath on the second and third levels along with a half bath on the main floor. Hardwood floors are throughout the house and the 3rd floor master suite features a private rooftop porch, en suite bathroom and large dual closets. Each bedroom has new flat screen televisions and the living room features a new 42" flat screen television.

Brand new linens and towels are top quality and plentiful throughout the home. Hotel toiletries, lighted make up mirrors, and hair dryers are provided in each upstairs bathroom and closet space is ample in each room. Two off-street parking spaces are provided adjacent to the house allowing for convenient loading and unloading. All new beds too!

The open main floor living area is perfect for entertaining as its boasts an eat-in bar area with seating for 4 people. The porch on the first level opens to the street allowing for an even larger living area should the party spill outside. A comfortable pull-out sofa is located in the living area along with stylish accent furniture and a large mirror. The home sleeps 6 comfortably in the 3 queen beds, however additional guests are welcome to sleep on the pull-out sofa allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests.

A new washer and dryer are located next to the half bath and detergent is provided along with all necessary paper products during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with all new flatware, silverware and cookware. The coffee maker and toaster oven are new and the kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, oven and microwave. Games, cards, and poker chips are also provided for your entertainment along with high speed internet (75Mbps) and over 140 Comcast cable channels including ESPN and the Golf Channel.

Lovely, comfortable home

Our stay here was just lovely. There were 3 of us for a 4 day trip for the Home & Garden tour.

The home, with it's 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath, 3 balconies and 3 floors, was wonderfully spacious and comfortable and afforded us far more room and comfort than a hotel. While the location is a bit north of the 'downtown' action, the neighborhood was nice and within 2 blocks were a number of great restaurant options for breakfast, lunch and dinner (be sure to make reservations at R Kitchen (well in advance) - it is awesome!). And if you're in the mood for walking, it's only a mile or so from the downtown historic area, which we walked several times. With lots of shopping and bars/restaurants to stop at on King Street along the way it was very easy. Otherwise, Uber rides were quite quick.

The management company was responsive and professional and check -in and check-out were seamless.

While the home has a modern renovation and stylish furnishings, upon closer look there are clear signs of age and wear which warrant updating (the dishwasher and kitchen sink faucet are both on their last leg, the mattresses need to be replaced...). But as we were not cooking, these were mostly just annoyances. In addition, we've stayed at numerous VRBOs in the past and the kitchen is always stocked with at least a minimum of some basics (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper...). There was literally nothing. Again, certainly not a deal breaker, but be aware and prepared to bring or buy your own supplies.

All that said, we would definitely consider this home again when we travel back to Charleston.

Great house!

Could not have picked a better house for our Christmas family vacation in Charleston. Plenty of room and private bedrooms for all 5 of us to sleep, and ample room for other family visitors. Were furnished an abundance of towels, if needed.

Especially enjoyed the three porches for relaxing time.

Great location for exploring up-and- coming restaurants. Just blocks away from shops.

The only cons were the very squeaky beds, and the loud dishwasher.

I would recommend this rental.

Nice house with plenty of room

We had a great stay. House is beautifully decorated and updated with lots of nice fluffy towels. As mentioned, the beds are very squeaky, but comfortable. My only complaint is that heat wasn’t on when we arrived, and the house was 50° and took two hours to warm up. But would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This house had plenty of space for our family and we all loved the porches on all levels of the house. We had a couple of questions regarding the wireless and the heat and had instant response from owner with no problems. This home is also located close to some restaurants and a small market. Easy access to downtown by Uber.

Girls Weekend!

Great location and perfect for a party of six! One reccomendation is to update the beds. They were all very creaky and would make a sound every time we shifted. Other than that, it is a great house to stay for a weekend away.

Friday & Saturday night stay required when weekends involved. Check In is at 3:00pm {or later}, Check Out is at 11:00am. All deposits, payments and / or monies paid are non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival date. Please be advised that we are a non-smoking property and any guests in violation of this under the Terms of our Listing and / or Short Term Rental Agreement, will void their CSA insurance policy and therefore be personally responsible for any damages.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, Charleston Concierge & Luxury Property Management, LLC shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
