1- The client assumes the responsibility of maintaining the property, furniture and equipment as it is found upon entry and agrees to leave it in the same state upon departure, when the property’s keys are returned. Properties are rented without bed linen. If interested, this service can be contracted separately. Water and gas services are included as part of the lease. Electricity costs are included up to 145 Kw/week. Water costs included up to 4 m3/week. Gas costs included up to 15 Euros/week. If the aforementioned amount is exceeded, the client will pay the difference.
2– The client agrees that only the maximum number of persons defined in the flat’s characteristics may live there and at the contracted rate.
3– All the property’s occupants agree to respect the neighbours within the building and the houses nearby, including not making irritating noise or playing music at an inappropriate volume. In the event of a severe infraction of the rules of communal respect, we reserve the right to cancel this contract with immediate effect and without compensation. The client accepts the community rules.
4– The flat is made available to the client duly cleaned. The client agrees to leave the flat in the same clean condition, without any rubbish or food waste. If interested, a cleaning service may be contracted separately.
5– The client authorises Anforas Mar S.L to make a photocopy of their credit card, which will serve as a deposit. No charge will be made on this card, unless defects are found in the property, furniture or equipment or if the flat is left in a dirty state or waste is left behind. The cost of re-establishing the flat’s conditions upon entry will be charged to the credit card with prior warning to the client.
6– Pets may stay upon request – prior authorisation on behalf of the Agency with an additional fee of €40. The acceptance of pets is determined in each property separately; therefore the client must report this fact before paying the reservation.
7– The timetable for arrive/collecting keys is: from 1st of June till 30th of September from 17:00 to 20:00. From 1st of Octouber till 31st of May from 16:00 to 19:00 between Monday and Saturday. On Sundays, the collection time is from 12:00 to 14:00. If the client is going to arrive before the established time, please notify us beforehand; if the flat is available before the stipulated time of arrival, we will try to accommodate you without any cost. If the client arrives after the established time, penalties may be applied, at a cost of between 30 and 90 Euros. The client agrees to leave the property free and return the keys before 10:00 on the day of departure. If the property is not unoccupied, the client will pay a daily amount which is double that of the contracted daily amount, as well as any claims for damages that may be due to other persons with confirmed reservations. 8– The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the details given.
9– The reservation amount will be increased due to a tourist rate during the first seven nights by a value of €0.90 per person over the age of 16 years. All tourists must present an ID document/card or passport upon arrival for their identification, a measure that is obligatory for all persons aged over 14 years. To facilitate this procedure, Anforas Mar will offer clients the possibility to supply said details prior to their arrival date.
10– We reserve the right to change the contracted flat for another one of similar or superior characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupancy or defects after the reservation date or cancel the reservation, reimbursing the total amount paid.
-Anforas Mar S.L will be not considered responsible for the following:
Negligence or omission of third party services and attributable to them.
Theft, damage or destruction caused by others.
Fire, explosion, flood or electric outage.
Works close to the property.
