I invite you to give a look at my apartment #622080.
steps from metro stop and easy walk to sights, coffee shops, supermarket nearby. very clean, A/C, full kitchen (although we did not cook)
We had quite an extensive checklist of what we were looking for and Claudia's apartment fit the bill perfectly. We were a family of 5 - 2 children aged 19 and 7 , my wife and mother-in-law. We spent 5 nights at her place and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had planned a few day trips to Venice, Naples and Florence and having the metro so close and the Termini station within walking distance or 2 metro stops away was a blessing. As for the apartment itself, it's got a old world charm with a few modern comforts thrown in including well appointed bathrooms.
Last but not the least, Claudia was the perfect host and even waited for us past midnight and patiently walked us through the amenities, attractions close by, how to get around. She also has a binder with carefully compiled information which turned out to be very helpful.
I would highly recommend Claudia's apartment to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place and a very convenient location and all the must haves.
We stayed at Claudia's unit for our vacation with our adult daughter and the unit was perfect for us. The unit was clean and well maintained and Claudia was a great host. The unit is centrally located but very quiet. The Metro is nearby as are coffee shops, dining and shops. The unit has A/C which was great since the daytime temps were in the mid 90s during our stay
My husband, 2 children and mother spend 4 nights at Claudia's beautiful Roman apartment. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and in an amazing location. From the early planning stages of our trip, Claudia was a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond and very helpful. She met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed for a great stay. The small grocery store just downstairs had all the things we needed. The metro, just a short walk around the corner was very convenient. On our first day we walked over 10 miles, all over Rome and saw most of the major sights. If you are up to it, from the apartment you can walk just about anywhere but the subway is there if you need it. Claudia's restaurant recommendations were fabulous! We especially enjoyed Ristorante Galilei just a 5 minute walk away. We even went back a second night! I myself, am a VRBO owner and I have very high expectations when I book on VRBO and deal with other potential owners. In my opinion, a 5 star is not enough for Claudia or her wonderful apartment. I highly recommend this stay...you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Claudia for making our short stay in Rome a memorable one:) Best, Cindy
My daughter, son in law, and two grandkids, 12 and 9, and I spent a wonderful 4 days in Rome at Claudia's apt. We could not have asked for a better place or a more accommodating host. Claudia met us at the apt. and showed us around. She had everything written out, taxi, train, bus etc. Best of all she had recommendations for local restaurants, which we used every night. They were all excellent!!!! The fact we could walk everywhere was even better. The grocery store down stairs had everything we needed and we used it a lot. Excellent salami, bread, wine and goodies.
Thank you so very much Claudia, for your beautiful apt, all your help. You were wonderful!!
I would highly recommend this apt.
This was a wonderful place to stay - it was so convenient to be walking distance from the Colosseum and other major attractions, and just a few-minute walk to the Metro. Everything was clean and comfortable, there is a grocery store and a coffee shop in the same block, and lots of terrific restaurants nearby. Claudia was an excellent hostess - she was easy to communicate with, on time, explained everything we needed to know, and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this rental!
