Wonderful remodeled home away from home. The recent total makeover of the building has made it like new again. The new entrance, remodeled lobby,updated pool area bathrooms,new siding and paint scheme make this a wonderful place to spend your Rocky Mountain getaway. If you have been here before you will not recognize the place it looks awesome.

When the slopes are closed summer activities abound. Whether you want to take a leisurely lunch on the banks of the Blue River, catch a concert at one of the local venues, browse through the local shops, go White water Rafting, or climb one of the many Fourteen Thousand foot Peaks there is something for everyone.

There are comfortable accommodations for up to 10 people, with queen beds in both bedrooms, six single beds in the loft, There are bathrooms in the master bedroom, main hallway and in the loft. The Condo is equipped with a 50 inch flat screen & Blue Ray player. Other TVs in master and loft, each with DVD player.

The free shuttle stop is just steps away and gets you to the slopes in minutes. The new Gondola is only a quick 5 minute walk from the front door. Main Street shopping and dining is just a short two block stroll away. Additionally, you are only a short shuttle ride or drive from Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin skiing as well.

Come check out the awesome new Alpine Coaster and Zip lines at Peak 8.

Why Darrell Gargala chose Breckenridge

Breckenridge has always been our favorite mountain town and we looked for a while before we decided on this condo. The Longbranch complex is so convinient to town, being only two blocks off Main street in the historic district, but is out of the more congested areas packed with condos and townhouses. we love walking through the historic district looking at the old homes with their beautiful gardens and seeing the makeovers to those that may not be in great condition. The indoor pool, underground heated garage and generous size of these condos were also key factors in our selection.

This condo is beautiful from the mountain views to the comfort of the fireplace, it is lovely. 12 people can sleep quite comfortably between the bedrooms and the loft. It really is a gorgeous place and the owners are helpful and friendly. Enjoy your stay -I definitely recommend it!

Nice family getaway

Our family decided to sneak in a getaway for fall break. We decided on Breckinridge and sent out our requests. We got a response very quickly for this condo. We were very happy with the condition of the condo and the easy access. The fireplace was awesome as we happen to pick a night that was very cold. We enjoyed the condo very much, it was clean, nice pool and we were able to enjoy an awesome view. The balcony was nice and private and we were able to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Darrell was great about getting us exact directions and parking instructions. Although we didn't need anything, I feel pretty confident if anything arose he would response timely.

Great Value For Beautiful Breckenridge

The description is accurate and it was perfect for our stay. The rooms are nice and the amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.) were great. The place was very clean and well maintained. I would say though that the living area could use a facelift. The TV arrangement is awkward and doesn't really allow for a group viewing. It would be best served mounted on the wall. Also, there were complaints about the comfort of the beds upstairs. The washer and dryer was a welcome surprise (I'm sure it was in the description but I didn't remember). We just used it to dry swim suits though. Overall, I would recommend it to friends and family and hope to be back.

Also, Majn Street is an easy walk from the condo and there are great shops and dining. We actually ate Downstairs At Eric's twice. We were pleased with there menu and pricing given we were in a mountain town. The quality of the food was above our expections. The free bus service was convienent for our stay and helped us get around.

Highly recommend, it's close to town with easy access. Clean and a lot of room. Easily sleeps 10 people. Private parking spot inside is very nice.
