Loved the view, the condo, and the location!
We feel fortunate to have rented unit 216. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and furnished. The bed was great as were all the extras like the pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc. It really felt like a home and the owners care about it, not just a rental unit. We will try to get this condo again when we come back to the Big Island.

Very comfortable, clean condo. Cabinets were amazingly well-stocked with supplies, tools & equipment. The ocean view from the 2nd level was beautiful. It was a quiet, peaceful space.

Lovely unit and Lanai view is great
We were here in summer and central AC is important to us. Kitchen updated nicely and well appointed, bathroom excellent with two well lit sinks and large King size bed was very comfortable. Excellent wifi speed and state of the art Smart TV and sound system. We grilled every evening down by the pool and ocean. Great grills, wish there were more than two (summer policy at the complex)for one hundred units or at least a way to reserve grill times. Unit also had boogie boards, snorkel equipment and all of the beach gear we needed.
One watch out is that you can hear the surf all night; for many it isn't an issue. Also the drapes in the bedroom don't fully darken the complex lights at night. So you may need to drape some of the lovely beach towels over the window to actually give you dark. Sun is up at 5 am in HI because there is no DST in summer.
Not handicap friendly on this side of the complex because there is no parking. There is an elevator but a long walk and several steps to get to the units nearest the ocean. Sun beats down on the Lanai's on this side in the afternoon if you want to lounge afternoons on the Lanai in summer it is very toasty but very comfortable in the mornings. Perfect for sipping Kona Coffee and watching for dolphins. Watch out - young children could easily go over the second story Lanai railing.
Definitely would stay here again. Excellent value. Our dinners after 6 pm and breakfasts on the lanai ooze aloha!
