Enjoy our completely restored historic downtown Victorian on Bluff Street in beautiful Lake City, Colorado. Located just one block from Town Park.
This well appointed, fully restored from floors to ceilings, inside and out, 1870’s Victorian is available for your summer vacation beginning June 2017. Perfect for the couple(s) retreat (currently not accepting vacationers with children), this 950 square foot Victorian cottage is a true one-of-a-kind vacation rental. The well appointed kitchen features new cabinets, vaulted ceilings, natural stone counter-top, and all the modern amenities along with plenty of historic charm.
The cottage features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including new wood flooring, new paint and period furnishings. Master bath includes a claw footed tub, while the additional bath has a fully tiled shower and granite counter-top. Master bedroom includes a queen size sleigh bed and period antiques, while the additional bedroom has a full sized antique bed complete with calla lily detail and TemperPedic mattress. Also included is a complete laundry/office with washer/dryer and desk for handling any unfinished business. Cottage includes wireless internet. Town park is only a block away, as is the old fashioned ice cream soda shop. A historic hiking trail is located just above the cottage, and within minutes you will feel as if you are hiking the back country. You can enjoy your favorite beverage while resting in the antique glider on the front porch and viewing the mountain peaks to the east of town. We are only accepting renters over the age of 25... and no pets please. Feel free to ask any questions, or make requests.
Property owners are from DFW area in North Texas. We have been coming to Lake City for the last several years and fell in love with the Belle the minute we saw it. We know you will too.

The location of this Property is convenient to all that Lake City offers. Trail head to Alpine loop is 500 yards from your front door.
This was the perfect place for our needs and a beautiful place to stay. The location was ideal for an easy walk to several restaurantsmall, bars and shopping. The house has been restored to perfection. Very comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely stay here when we come back
Excellent 2 bedroom cabin with very tasteful updates. Best amenity for me was the tankless hot water heater .... never ran out of hot water!!!! One block from downtown and half mile from the start of the Alpine Loop. Everything is close by. Packer's Saloon is like a block. Chillin for Breakfast is like 2 blocks. Will stay here again!! 5 Stars.
The property is beautifully remodeled keeping the charm of the historic home. Very comfortable and has a great kitchen and laundry room. The location is great in downtown Lake City, but not on a busy street. Wildlife every where you look and great fishing within a short walk. Nearby are 14ers ready to be climbed. Best place of four that we have stayed in Lake City.
We loved our stay at the Belle. Everything is so tastefully decorated, we were very impressed. We appreciated a lot of the small details, like the night lights in every room, the automatic lights in the shower and some of the closets, and the "mud" room and use of the washer and dryer, which is a very efficient laundry room. The house is beautifully furnished, the master bed was comfy (we didn't sleep in the other room), and the bathrooms were gorgeous. We didn't cook, but enjoyed the complimentary coffee and use of the refrigerator. We were only there for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer!

Stayed here for the San Juan Solstice 50. The house was perfect. It's a small house, but really just the right size. I stayed by myself, but was wishing I'd brought my companion. The house was recently remodeled and is a very nice place. The kitchen has stainless appliances and is roomy. I was jealous of the laundry room - clean, beautiful and functional. The living room is cozy. And there are two bathrooms - one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. I used both. Excellent place. I'd definitely recommend.
Property is located in the Downtown Tourist District with town park, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlor only 1 block away. Entrance to the Alpine loop within 500 yards of the house!!

Checks are the preferred payment for deposit and rentals. Deposit amount is $250.00. Deposit is refunded minus $25 processing fee, if cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to check-in and after full payment has been made, the rental payment and deposit, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded, if and only after, an equivalent paid replacement booking is obtained for the same dates. If a replacement booking is obtained that is less than your booking, the amount of the replacement booking and your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded after the rental. If no replacement booking is obtained, no rental payment refund will be made, but deposit will be refunded in full. No refunds will be made in the event of late check-ins or early departures.
Once dates have been confirmed a Confirmation will be emailed. The signed confirmation along with $250 deposit check needs to be returned within 7 days. Signed Rental Agreement and full payment must be received by Owner at least 90 days prior to check-in date. Provided no damage is noted after check-out date, deposit check will be mailed to Renter within 15 days of check-out date.
