WELCOME to Glacier's Reach located in Village North. This large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom town home features a PRIVATE HOT TUB on the patio as well as a common hot tub & outdoor pool (open year round).

Glaciers Reach is located steps from the Whistler Marketplace with restaurants, stores and entertainment on your doorstep.

In the Winter, you can walk through the Village to the slopes (approx. 10 min) or jump on the free shuttle bus located just outside the complex that will drop you at the base of Whistler mountain. Right across the street in the Olympic Plaza there is free skating and a small tubing area for the kids. You are a short walk away from tons of XC skiing and snowshoeing trails.

In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking, golf & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails. You are right across the street from Marketplace with all the shops you need, and Whistler Olympic Plaza which has a great children's playground, large park community space and stage where you can catch an array of free performances. Glaciers Reach is the perfect location all year round!

This home is ground floor over one level. There are two entrances to the suite, one on each side of the property. The main entrance has storage space for all of your gear. There is open plan living with a full kitchen, dining and living room with large flat screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with its own separate entrance. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. There is a second bathroom in the hall. Other features include a washer / dryer and a secure underground parking spot making this property the ideal place for longer stays or just a quick weekend getaway for the entire family. This home sleeps up to 6 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living area. Free WiFi, cable and local calls included. Note: the king bed can be spit into two twins with a minimum of a week's notice. Parking includes one free parking stall in secure underground. Guest parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Any additional cars will need to be parked off site in paid lots.

Perfect suite for a family getaway. This suite had everything we needed including a full kitchen and private hot tub. The kids loved the pool area and it was just a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops. Property manager was very quick to respond to our enquiries and offered some great advice on the area. We would definitely stay again.

This 2 bedroom townhome is located just across the street from Village North shops, restaurants, childrens play area and Olympic Plaza (free public skating throughout Winter).

The Valley trail, parks, lakes and Mountian lifts are within close access. You can walk to both Whistler Village Base (Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas) and Blackcomb Base in less than 10 minute OR take the free Village shuttle located on Lorimer Road just outside of Glacier's Reach which runs very frequently throughout the Winter.

Lost Lake can be accessed following the Valley Trail just outside of Glacier's Reach, it will take aprox. 20 mins to walk and is beautiful in Summer and Winter.

There is a children's playground located on the Village stroll, across the street just behind the shopping center (less than 1 minute walk).

Not what we expected. There are better options!

The unit I rented was nor clean enough, we had to wash the bed sheets upon our arrival just to be sure! In one the closets there were linens and comfortors piled up in the floor, which added to the unclean feeling.

It supposed the be able accomodate 6 persons to sleep, but the sofa in the living area could hardly fit one.

The resort does not have a reception area, so if you have any question there's nowhere to go.

We saw other units from outside and they were nicer and better mantained, guess this one was "the black sheep" of the bunch.

We ended up leaving the place and moved to another resort.

We do have a 24 hour phone line that we communicate with all guests prior to arrival and sincerely wish that you would have contacted us with any questions/concerns. When booking through airbnb/vrbo you are typically booking in someone else's vacation home, so there is rarely a check in desk - this is why we proved detailed check-in information, a welcome binder and an emergency phone number so that you can contact us any time of the day or night. We did not receive any communication from you so were not aware that you were not happy with your accommodation. Please do email us with specifics of what you felt was not clean and we will follow up with our cleaning team immediately. In terms of this unit being of lower quality to other units in the complex, again, each unit is privately owned and each one is decorated, stocked and maintained individually. We are very detailed in our descriptions of our managed units and provide plenty of current photographs so that guests know what their accommodation looks like at the time of booking. The sofa bed does in fact pull up into a double, if you had called us we could have helped you with this. Your booking was for 2 adults and 3 children so we were not aware of a 6th person in your party, we would have prepared extra linens etc. for the comfort of the additional person had we known about them. We do hope that in spite of your feelings towards the accommodation, that you and your family enjoyed your time in beautiful Whistler. All the best from Harmony Whistler Vacations.

Just okay

Overall the place was close and walking distance to the Whistler Market place which we enjoyed. The shower curtain in the hall bathroom was full of mildew and slimy when we arrived. Also the bed in the main bedroom had the option to put twin beds together. But when these two beds were combined it sagged in the middle and uncomfortable. So instead the fifth guest just slept on the couch. There was plenty of bedding so that was good. Hot tub was good option and overall close.

Owner's Response: Hi Claudia, Thank you for your feedback - it is very much appreciated and helps us work towards making it great for next guests. I do apologize for the shower curtains - the cleaners are meant to switch these up and send them out to be laundered which doesn't sound like it happened. If we had of known, we would have brought a new one over right away. We have resolved this as soon as it was found. We do advise that we can set the bed up as a king rather than two twins which is ideal if you are a couple instead of two singles staying in the bedroom but not really suitable for 3 people sharing the bed. The sofa bed is provided for guests over 4. We hope to host your stay again. Very nice condo

The condo was very nice and clean nice layout minus the one bedroom under the next door place as people kept running up and down the stairs till 3:30 in the morning if your looking to party great place to stay if your looking to relax and actually sleep I would recommend the crystal lodge

Great Experience

Perfect property for two couples with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent location with close proximity to everything Whistler has to offer while being remote enough to avoid noise from the village. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely clean and well maintained property. As noted prior to arrival, parking is very tight for larger vehicles. Property manager very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Great overall experience.

  • All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 2% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

    At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to complete your reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard. This credit card may be billed automatically for any unpaid balance on the date the full payment is due, unless you discuss alternative payment arrangements.

    The balance of your stay is due 45 days prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 45 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged when the booking is made and is non-refundable.

    Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest.
