Nice condo and great location. Walking distance to all the neiborhoods.

Vancouver is a fantastic city. We visited in August and the weather was quite warm. The condo was very warm since it did not have air conditioning. Also the mattress needs to be replaced. Being in a city is quite noisy (you have to keep the windows open). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Modern downtown condo

Our hosts Rojan & his wife were very gracious providing a welcoming gift and responding very quickly to our requests. They could not have been nicer and made us feel as if we were in a 5 star resort. The apartment is beautiful and beautifully appointed with views of north Vancouver and the harbor as well as downtown Vancouver. A little balcony with table and chairs made a wonderful spot for breakfast each morning. Strategically located within easy walking distance of the harbor, downtown, Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown etc. Certainty walking distance of all the great restaurants Vancouver offers. Public transportation makes it easy to navigate the city and outlying areas. Great entertainment is available some of it at no cost.

My wife and I would not hesitate to use this property in the future and highly recommend it.

It was like being at home

Summarizing my 9 weeks in this wonderful condo, I must say that I really felt at home there and in the end I regret the moment of departure. It is a spacious and fully equipped accomodation right in the middle of Vancouver downtown. Everything you might need is to find in walking distance.

Whenever it was necessary to get in contact with the owner, Rajan answered my mails always within very short time and so he gave me, a foreigner in the unfamiliar surrounding of such a vibrant city, a very comforting feeling. Thank You so much therefor!

The view from the balcony is amazing. When the air was very clear I could enjoy the marvellous sight of Mt Baker (60 kms away). I really enjoyed it!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time in Vancouver ....the location was perfect for accessing restaurants, trains, buses, and all tourist areas. The condo was immaculate and had features such as comfortable bed and sofa, that made our stay very enjoyable. The instruction booklet provided excellent suggestions and recommendations.....particularly the information regarding the set up of the TV and all other amenities of daily living in a condo. The workout room was well equipped and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

Great central location

We spent a week in this condo near the end of October. We used the Canada Line from the airport and got off one block from the condo. The key fob pick up was one block further walking and was straightforward and manageable even in the rain that greeted us on our arrival. The view was great and we found it reasonably well equipped. Keurig coffeemaker with a few pods was appreciated. No oven mitts or dishcloths found for wiping counters etc., but this has been noted by the owners and will be rectified. There is a Tims down on the concourse level as well as a Starbucks at the corner on the rear of the building. Meinhardts across from the front door had great take away snacks (and meals for those wanting to eat in) We did walk to IGA a few blocks away as well. Great restaurants nearby and Gastown and Chinatown all a reasonable walking distance - even in the rain. Watched more fireworks over Halloween weekend from all edges of the city than we've probably ever seen before. Saw a night filming of The Flash on a rooftop just below the condo. Really enjoyed Museum of Anthropology one rainy day. Recommended nearby restaurants would include Rogue, Steamworks, Scoozi's all very close. Strathcona Beer Company had the best pizza! Chongqing on Robson was amazing! Would return to this condo if short term rentals continue to be available. Thanks Vanessa and Rajan.
