Situated in PGA Village/Castle Pines in Port St. Lucie, FL. Castle Pines is a 24/7 gated and guarded upscale residential community with a spectacular walk-in pool and spa tub.

The condo offers one or two units under one roof (Unit A & Unit B studio), with a combined 1,312 square feet. Each unit has a private front door with front door parking. Both units may be rented as one, or individually, depending on number of guests in party. The units are separated, or adjoined, by interior metal security doors with deadbolts similar to a hotel suite.

Unit A (1100 sq. ft.) is equipped with a private entrance (front door), full kitchen, large master bedroom with two queen beds, huge walk-in closet, 1.5 baths, dining room, family room , new appliances, washer and dryer, and lanai (19x9 screened porch) with ceiling fan.

Unit B studio (300 sq. ft.) serves as the second bedroom suite to the main condo or may be rented separately. The studio is equipped with a private entrance (front door), kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker) two queen beds, full bath with shower & tub, drop-leaf table & two chairs TV, and . This unit is for guests requiring an extra bedroom and full bath. Also, perfect for a single or two-some on a golf trip, or attending Mets games.

Amenities include a separate laundry room with washer and dryer located just outside of both units. Irons and ironing boards are also included in both units. The property also has a superb swimming pool along with a Jacuzzi and a children's playground. The condo is located within 5 minutes of four championship golf courses. The New York Mets Spring Training Camp, which is located at Tradition Field in Port St Lucie, is just 2 miles away. Walt Disney World is just an hour and a half away by car.

There are several excellent restaurants within 5-15 minutes drive of the condo serving such specialities as fresh Seafood, Italian, Chinese, and Mexican. Major Supermarkets are also handily located within several new shopping malls which are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

PGA Learning Centre - Driving Range open from 8am to 8pm a wonderful area for Golf Camps and all day practice. One of the top driving ranges in North America and the range is fully lit from morning to close.

Clean and spacious property, beautiful pool and close to shopping and beaches. My 4yr old daughter felt right at home in this space. We're already planning for our 2nd stay here. What a gem!

Enjoyable Visit

We stayed here during March 2015 and really enjoyed the visit. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and most anxious to have our stay be a very pleasant one. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.
