The Laneway House is only a 3 minute walk from an important public transit hub with express and local buses to UBC, downtown, across town and everywhere in between. The Laneway House also has a desk with a printer and free high speed Wifi, ensuring that you will be able to work uninterrupted. This house is perfect for both families and professionals looking for local and quality accommodation without the sterile hotel experience. We chose to live in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver to be close to the beaches, parks and vibrant street of West Broadway. We also wanted to be close the a major public transport hub which is very important us and our guests.

Great Laneway House in Vancouver

The home, although small, is a terrific property and has all the amenities. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The home is in a quiet residential area but shops, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. Jericho Beach is about 10-12 blocks away and Granville Island just a short drive away. The home itself has two bedrooms & a full bath upstairs and a pullout couch and half bath downstairs. There is a full kitchen and there are laundry facilities. Braden is wonderful to work with and will address any issues that might arise.

Great Kitsalano location, small, clean, modern laneway house

The owner, Braden, was very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The house comes equiped with all the appliances you could ever need, is well designed, new, and comfortable. It should be noted that the second bedroom is really better suited for one person although the pull out bed will accommodate two in a pinch. Nice place, good location, we enjoyed our stay and would come back happily.

Great little place

Great little place in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to great food options on Broadway. Only about 10 min with lights to downtown, Granville, etc. Only about a mile to Pacific Spirit park for a great walk, jog, or escape from the city.

Home away from home

Very conveniently located and well kept property. Pleasant interior throughout, and scrupulously clean. Very well appointed kitchen. Nice outdoor patio out back from the kitchen, as well as another patio space from the back door. We stayed here as a couple for 10 days. Another couple stayed 2 nights with us and our grandson for 4 nights. We never felt cramped. We would certainly come back here again.

Clean, new, great west Vancouver location, awesome host

Booked in for a week with Braden at the end of March for a camp at UBC. Location was great - walking to coffee shops and restaurants, free street parking, good access to public transit and under 15 mins drive to UBC campus. House is new, clean and all the amenities we were looking for. Stereo, TV, cable, computer, good quality bedding and full kitchen. Braden's communication was prompt and professional - I would absolutely stay in one of her properties again. Thank-you!
