Very Nice!

It was a great experience being able to stay here. It was just a walk away from the beach. The housing was terrific. More than enough space for my family of 4. Very clean and stocked for your every need. Was really impressed by how accommodating it was. Pretty much everything we could have needed was provided. Getting to the beach was a breeze, wake up walk out the door and across the street. Will be looking for stay here again for our next visit.

Perfect for family with children! Great owners!

This was perfect for my family! The owners are great to work with. Last year, June 2016 was our first stay in Summerspell 108 and we are going to be there again in a few weeks for our second stay & will surely be returning yearly. Great spot! Walk out back door, you have the grill, patio table, pool, hot tub, & beach all there together! I highly recommend Summerspell 108 to everyone, from a family to a couple who is just wanting a get a way :)

AMAZING location and proximity to the beach- Outdated Condo

Let's start with the pros- Amazing location, walking distance to the beach and Pompano Joes. Nice area, and pool. Kitchen was stocked, and the refrigerator and microwaves were clean. Great size for a small family of 3.

Cons- This condo is outdated and dirty. By dirty I mean: Black mold under the bathtub faucet, dirty baseboards and trim throughout the house, outdated furniture, the couch smells funky and needs replaced. All outdated light fixtures and furniture. When we arrived the bedding was dirty. By dirty I mean there was hair and sand in between the sheets of a made bed. The comforters and decorative pillows were dirty and the comforters were stained with what appeared to be food, nail polish and whatever else has been used on them. And lastly, the bedroom door was broken.

Customer Service- Great: Nick's response was prompt regarding our bedding and the cleaning company brought us clean bedding for all beds the next day. But the lack of cleanliness was not a great start to our vacation by any means. In fact, we were not happy at all... and it put my family in a bad mood and kind of ruined our first day here.

Overall- Did this condo serve its purpose? Yes, definitely. Would we come back to Summerspell, absolutely. I saw another unit on the 3rd floor that was clean, updated, decorated well and the family staying there had great reviews. Would we book this particular condo? Absolutely NOT. From the pictures this condo looks pretty, and clean. But pictures can be deceiving... and I will be paying more attention to the reviews when booking in the future.

Good choice for families

I loved the location and the area was the best pick for our family vacation. I liked the upkeep of the property and that the management company(or contractor) was present everyday checking on things. There was a problem with the hot tub which was addressed very quickly. Only issue I would say was with the paper products in the condo. For the price we paid, I think a few replacements toilet paper rolls and paper towels would not have been asking too much. There was the initial roll of paper towels and toilet paper and after that we had to supply our own. With a family of 6, one roll was nothing.

Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look in the area again. Loved how the condo was stocked with everything in the kitchen and even some beach things for the kids. Good spot.
