Coming back again this year. Loved it

We stayed here in April and fell head over heels in love with the area. So my hubby and I are coming back in again this year to look for a home. We will stay here while we look. Yep we decided to relocate and why wait to become a snowbird? This place is awesome and you won't lack for anything. Nice decor, beds, bath, all updates done tastefully. Art is NICE. Walking distance to some good eats and shopping. We sat out on the balcony a lot in the mornings and felt sorry for friends still dealing with snow flurries still in Apl back home. WE won't miss that! Happy we found this place.

Phoenix condo

This is a very comfortable and lovely condo suitable for four people. It is beautifully decorated with art from various countries which the owner had visited. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own TV, bathroom, and private balcony. The owner seems to have thought of everything the vacationer could possibly need. The balconies were especially nice for having coffee in the morning or drinks in the afternoon. We would definitely rent this condo again if in the area. In fact, we liked it so much that we requested to extend our stay but unfortunately, it was already booked.

As advertised and better than expected

My partner and I have stayed in about 10 vrbo places and sometimes it is hit and miss. You know the feeling when you walk in the door if it is a hit or miss. This one was a hit for us as soon as we walked in. I asked the owner where all the art came from as it is seriously amazing. The place is really nice and remodeled and the looks just like the photos. The owner had all the details done right even with a basket of things if you forgot something like toothbrushes, lotions, and even batteries..lol. Robes are nice and towels were fluffy. Beds are good and the place was quiet for sleep. And super clean and good smell which is not always the case in some places we have stayed. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. We walked to dinner a lot so we could have a few drinks and get the local vibe. Nice and we agreed a hit for us. No issues and no complaints on this one.

In for spring training, Beautiful Clean Good location

We are from Edmonton and there is nothing but GOOD to say about Phoenix in March - lol. OK, lovely, beautiful place. The owner has spent time in Asia we understand so a lot of great art and wood carvings. Everything in the place looked new like the stainless appliances, new bathrooms and carpet. We liked the split floor plan so the kids could stay on one side with their own bath and we had our own bath and bedroom on the other side. Bedrooms were big and each had own little balcony with sliding glass doors. The living room had big doors too opening to private balcony. We came with our two kids for spring training. Close to major highways and easy to get around. After the games we mostly went a few blocks away for dinner or shopping or whatever. We really liked the Biltmore (sp?) shopping area also just up the street and it is huge with outdoor shopping, tons of restaurants, places for kids to wander. We found both reasonably priced restaurants and healhy restaurnants like True Foods (yum) and more pricey places for a splurge at Capital Grill - heck we are on vacation. One thing too we liked was that the details were nice. Like nice towels, robes, slippers, very clean, ice and filtered water put in fridge for you. We will come back again in a few years if flights prove affordable. I think for the price and location cant beat it. oh, we were gone a lot so not much time in the pool as one of my also kids has allergy to clorine, but pool area looked nice and we did grill one night.

location is great, place is very nice

guess we are the first to review this condo as we were the first to stay. We told Terry the owner we would write a review as she was great to us with a last minute reservation. We stayed here (me, wife and one toddler) in January. I had meetings mostly downtown and had a car but my wife did not. She was able to walk to restaurants and shopping while I worked with no problem and took uber if she wanted to go to zoo or whatever with our son. quiet and walls seems pretty well insulated. Neighborhood seems good/safe and new buildings going up a few blocks away. Condo is newly remodeled and everything worked fine and it all looked new. The art in the place wowed us. wifi and tvs worked without issue. We did not use the pool area except jacuzzi one night and that was fine but this place is really about the location more than anything. the owner includes robes and slippers and my wife thought that a nice touch. Cant say anything negative except wish we had longer. Try out pizzaria bianco at Town and COunty a few blocks away. serious good pizza and us east coast types are serious about our pizza
