A Great Vacation Cottage
This is the second year staying at this property, and I have loved it both times! The location is perfect, and the view is beautiful.
The inside is updated and clean with a new bathroom addition that is beautiful.
I have recommended this property and will be coming back again next year!
The place was clean and decorated very nicely. You can't beat the view from the deck. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, this is the place for you.
We decided to spend our honeymoon week at the cottage for some much needed R&R. Sutton's Bay, and this cottage were perfect for what we were looking for. Close to downtown Sutton's Bay, which is a little less crowded than some other villages on the peninsula, but from what we saw just as nice. Great proximity to wineries, a brewery and downtown restaurants. We rode our bikes all over the place. The cottage appears to be recently remodeled and had nice finishes and amenities. Very clean. The view from the deck and beach was amazing. The water off of the beach is very clear, you can see the ground as you wade out more than waist deep. Excellent getaway cottage.
We spent a lovely time in this sweet home. The property manager was prompt and responsive. The home is newly renovated, spotless, and well-appointed. The owner was generous and demonstrated concern for our comfort. The surrounding area was lovely and the views of West Grand Traverse Bay were relaxing and inspiring. We recommend a visit to Mawby Winery and 9 Bean Rows in town for dinner. In Peshawbestown there is a fabulous food truck parked in a lot that sells great fresh fish sandwiches. This home is perfect for four and ok for six if two are kids. We loved it all.
Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore is only 30 miles away!
The National Cherry Festival & TC Film Festival, only 15 miles away.
Every weekend there is a Festival of some type in Leelanau County!
