About Olivia Andrews

Hi! My name is Olivia Andrews. I moved to Mexico City from Charleston, South Carolina in 2007 and I have been a huge fan of the city ever since! My husband and I love to host travelers who share a passion for travel and we hope that by the end of your trip you will love Mexico City as much as we do!

Olivia Andrews purchased this apartment in 2011

Why Olivia Andrews chose Centro Histórico

One of may favorite hobbies is to discover the city and I love to just walk around and enter places just to see what is inside! I stumbled upon this property back in 2010 during one of my walks and when I saw the building I fell in love! We ended up buying 4 apartments! It took us a few years to restore them and convert them into our look and style but I am really happy with the result and we had so much fun doing it!

What makes this apartment unique

I work in real estate and I have been focusing on a project to change buildings into apartments so that more people can live in the historic center. When I found this building I knew it was a once in a lifetime because it is impossible to find an apartment in a historic property such as this that has been restored and made into apartments.

Great for groups and exploring Centro

  • 5 of 5

This rental is spread across two apartments so great for allowing groups some privacy while being right next to each other. The terrace was a lovely place to listen to the city sounds by day and quiet hum by night. Olivia is an excellent and accomodating host.

Well located, very clean and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

Olivia has several apartments in this building and we rented three of them. They are all fantastic and so well located. If you are looking for a place to stay that's clean and easy to get to all the sites this is your best bet. Also there is plenty of areas to eat and safe to walk around Day and night and public transportation is right on the corner. We would come again.

Perfectly located in the heart of el Centro Historico and extremely comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

Our group of six stayed in apartments 8 and 9 that share a lovely garden patio. The apartments had every amenity we needed, including bottled water, fresh towels and a nicely appointed kitchen. There was even a projector and video options that our young children really enjoyed in the evenings. Olivia responded very promptly to emails before we arrived and answered every question, she even helped schedule reliable and trustworthy transportation from the airport when we arrived. We highly recommend this property.

colonial charms

  • 5 of 5

We enjoy our stay in this apartment with many colonial architectural charms. It's bright and tastefully decorated. Olivia is very accommodating and responds to all our requests promptly. We're always happy to return to our temporary "home" after a day's exploration in Mexico City.
