Beautiful condo...cozy and clean!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is in a beautiful setting and offers great amenities like the beautiful pool and gym. Keith was friendly and informative on both the condo and the area, as we stayed here during our transition from Illinois to Tucson. He and his wife provided everything, including starter food which was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly Peaceful

This property is located at the foot of Pusch Ridge which is one of Tucson’s greatest features. Location is perfect. Scenery, privacy, and convenient shopping. Most anything you could need is within 2 traffic lights from gas, groceries, urgent care, car repair, and Home Depot to, of course, Starbucks. Condo floor plan was great. Basically 2 masters w/ bathrooms. Even has custom baby/pet gates that either keep them out of the kitchen or contained to easy wipe floors. Most importantly, let me compliment Keith Breiden for being everything a host should be. Wonderful experience. I would definitely sign up for this again.

Very quiet, clean and has everything!!!

Me and my family stayed here for a month while we were searching for a house to purchase. There was more than enough space for me and my family of 4 and our fur baby. The unit was tucked away and offered a quiet and secluded feeling. I will be recommending this unit to all my friends and family that come to Arizona to visit!

Good location and nice layout

Our favorite parts were the private, fenced patio, the two master suite layout, both with large walk in closets, and the large, open living/dining area with big windows. The people in the complex were friendly and the pool was lovely. Our biggest problem was the flooring in the unit.

The carpet is beyond its useful life. It was nearly black at the front door. Steam cleaning it would be insufficient. The grout of the tile floor in the kitchen doesn't appear to have been cleaned recently. Also, the granite in the kitchen hasn't been taken care of and is pitted. Those pits hold bacteria and are impossible to clean. We were there for 30 days and used the kitchen a lot. To be safe we prepared food on plates. Also, there were cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. We probably should have requested a re-cleaning but all we wanted to do was enjoy our trip so we cleaned a lot right after arrival.

The location in an end unit was quiet except when the construction crew arrived at the condo above us. We called Keith about their use of the saw on the balcony above us and he responded quickly to take care of that problem. We don't know if Keith knew that the construction was taking place but we would have probably chosen different accommodations had we known.

The bed in the larger master suite was great. It was quite comfortable and we both slept well on it. We had guests who slept in the other master suite a few nights and both said the bed was in good shape. The two sets of sheets provided, however were old, worn, pilled and stained. There was one set for each bed. It would have been nice if there had been at least three sets so that one set could be in the laundry and each bed could be ready for sleeping.

We contacted Keith about four different issues and he responded quickly and satisfactorily in all but one case.

There's more but we think VRBO renters are now sufficiently informed. We feel like a lot of corners were cut. Would we stay here again? Yes, if the place's fixtures, flooring, furniture (other than the bedroom sets) and accessories were all updated.
