Don’t be surprised if you see dolphins and the wonderful beach birds Alabama has to offer during your stay. This is a frequent occurrence and the third floor location is a wonderful vantage point for catching sight of these amazing creatures!
Inside Our Relaxing Oasis
Unit 303 is a COMFY and CLEAN condominium in the Crystal Shores complex within walking distance of shopping, dinner, drinks and FUN.
The fully furnished sheltered balcony is an alfresco treat with two ultra comfortable padded loungers, two chairs with a cooler table between them and HI-top table for unobstructed views over the railing. Kick back to the soothing sounds of the rolling surf as it laps against the sandy shoreline.
The great room offers generous seating for all on our NEW SECTIONAL SOFA (2017).
*****NO SOFA BED ANYMORE**** for a party of 6 - 2 will sleep on sectional, sheets in drawer in cocktail table.
The warm and inviting kitchen with three-chairs at breakfast bar easily serves the glass top dining table that comfortably seats four. The kitchen is fully stocked and accented with granite counters and glass tile back splash to provide an upscale cozy space to prepare meals. A complete selection of small appliances and plenty of cookware offers guests everything they need to test out their culinary talents during their stay. New Black Stainless appliances make it easy to prepare your favorite meals.
For the ultimate convenience, a new (2017) full size Whirlpool washer/dryer and iron and ironing board is in the unit.
At the end of the day retire to the master suite; a sumptuous retreat, new mattress (9/2016) and remodeled en-suite bath that includes hair dryer, fluffy towels and body wash! We also upgraded to a comfort height potty and the bowed shower curtain rod, we really try to set up this unit so you enjoy every aspect of your stay with us.
WIFI Internet is included throughout the complex. Several TV's are Smart TVs so you have access to your Netflix, HULU, YouTube and Amazon subscriptions while on vacation. You will enjoy 2 large TV's, in the living room and the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a TV but not as BIG.
This unit is easily accessible with 2 elevators and 2 stairwells. 1 flight up from top deck parking lot.
You are only a minute or two from the front door to Sugar Sand Beach. When you're not relaxing in the comfort of your private indoor retreat, get outdoors and enjoy the sun and fresh air. With a fantastic indoor heated pool (swim-through closed during cold weather), outdoor pool, hot tub and loungers, you can kick back and enjoy the beach views and luxuriate in the warm Gulf sun, both located on the lower level.
Keep up with your fitness routine in the fully-equipped workout room with TV and dry sauna AND fantastic beach views, or play a game of foosball or pool (upgraded in 2016).
The community grilling area is the perfect spot to gather with friends or family and grill hotdogs and burgers (bring your own charcoal/starter).
Rental chaise lounges/umbrella's are available March to November from a 3rd party vendor for $140/week.
With this unit comes 1 reserved covered parking space to keep your vehicle cool out of the sun. One additional parking space is potentially available in the non-reserved portion of the parking area for an additional $20.00 + $2 tax. When you park on the upper deck, your are only 1 floor to unit, with stairs available for a quick ascent to the upper level.
Our condo is impeccably maintained and upgraded every year (new sectional sofa, carpet, mattress, fresh paint, new faucets, ADA toilet. new ceiling fans, linens, etc). We want you to enjoy that home away from home feeling, as we do and we know it's the little touches that can make a big difference.

Special Notes: There are no pets allowed at Crystal Shores except for owners. This is a non-smoking unit. You can have 6 guests -- but 2 will be on the sectional sofa!
Please note that the calendar is always accurate. We don't hold any dates until the deposit has been paid. Send us an email, ask for a quote for specific dates etc. and a contract. You will see your dates reserved once you pay the deposit and sign the contract. Be sure to check back in a few days!
VRBO now offers 'Quotable Rates' which should include all fees. Our fees include the rental, the tax, the cleaning and one parking pass. Again, a second parking pass if needed is $20 + tax. What VRBO may display can also include the $300 deposit to hold the date. The DEPOSIT is fully refundable presuming no lost or damaged items.
DEPOSIT - The Deposit would be in addition to the Rental Rate and a $300 deposit is required to hold a date for a weekly or daily rental. A $600 deposit is required for a stay of 4 weeks or longer.
RATES - In the summer season we rent Saturday to Saturday and only offer weekly rentals. If you are unable to get a quote via VRBO's 'Get an instant quote' button, please make sure you are asking for a Saturday to Saturday stay (7 day minimum for a specific calendar week).
Take advantage of the off-season rates when school season starts back up and "Beach It for Less" .
For our winter guests we offer weekly rentals (no 2 month minimum). Stay for a week, two weeks or more whatever length of time works best for you as we price our weeks to reflect the rates for that time.
CHECK IN time is 3:00 PM and CHECK OUT time is 9:00 AM. There are shower/changing facilities on the second floor should you choose to arrive earlier and/or stay later on that Saturday, but the reserved parking space transfers to the next renter at 9:00 AM on day of departure. The unit is not available until check-in time as the cleaning staff needs time to completely clean the unit.

The condo association does not allow RV's or trailers on the property and occupancy is restricted to 6 people overnight per unit.

As of 1/1/2016 City of Gulf Shores and O.B. will enforce a clean beach policy so all tents/chairs, etc. must be removed by 8PM. Beach chair concessions that have a business license will have 1-2 more years before they too will be required to clear the beach each night. This is being done so the city can groom the beach and in part to protect sea turtle nesting. For more information contact the City of Gulf
