4Bed/ 3Bath On The Eagle Vail Golf Course
Disclaimer: This is not a house for people looking to party all night and disrupt our neighbors. BUT, it is a perfect family home in a family-oriented neighborhood with lots of room to spread out and enjoy all that the Vail Valley has to offer. We can only guarantee three parking spaces, and strictly prohibit our guests from having parties, creating excessive noise, etc. The hot tub is only operational during the ski season and is drained and closed during the spring, summer and fall. We do not rent it out for the season - only short term rentals.
Our townhome is a great get-away that is perfect for up to two full families or 4 couples. There are three master bedrooms, two with a king and the other a queen, and a bunk room with a twin over full. 9 can sleep comfortably in the bedrooms and another can sleep on a comfortable futon in the secondary living room. The home is three stories tall - the upper floor with a master bedroom, master bath, laundry, bunk room and second bath. The main floor is wide open with a large living room, dining room, kitchen and large deck overlooking the golf course. The lower level has another living room with futon couch, kitchenette/bar, queen bedroom, jack and jill bath with double vanity separate from the tub/shower and toilet, and a full patio that connects to the back yard and golf course. With this set up, our home is perfect for two families who want their kids in nearby rooms or for four couples. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and well-appointed. Outside, we have an upper deck looking over the golf course, and a lower patio with hot tub (operated during the ski season only) and additional seating. The hot tub is only operational during the ski season and is otherwise drained. During the summer, we recommend that you use the Eagle-Vail pool.
The house is conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of Eagle-Vail, and only minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. There is a one car garage with a lot of room for skis, gear or bikes - because of gear, not a likely place to park. We have WIFI and Comcast for your use.
This is a great place to come relax or be active in one of the most beautiful valleys in our state. In the winter, the golf course (our back yard) becomes a great place to nordic ski, snow shoe, or take a nice walk. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the base of Vail or Beaver Creek, or you can walk less than 1/4 mile to catch the Eagle County Bus. In the summer, the Eagle Vail trailhead is only a few hundred steps from the front door that provides miles of trail running or hiking. The bike path takes you all the way through the Vail Valley which is easily accessed from our house. The Eagle Vail Golf Course is a beautiful course that winds through our neighborhood. Stop back in the house for a cold beverage after teeing off on the 11th hole in our back yard.
In addition to all of the great amenities that surround us, our house if very conveniently located near all of the restaurants, grocery stores, health care, fitness options, entertainment, etc. that can be found in Avon - just a couple of miles down the road. Minturn is also only minutes away to the east where you can have fun in some of the western saloons or shop in many of the boutique stores.

Winter- Nordic Skiing,Snow shoeing, Snowmobiling, Snow Skiing (10min. to Vail, and 5min. to Beaver Creek)

Why Scott Johnson chose Eagle-Vail
We bought this property because of its convenience to everything in the Vail Valley and because of the quiet, family friendly environment of Eagle-Vail. The floor plan works great for our family and the many guests we bring to the mountains with us. There is a nice neighborhood park across the street that occupies many hours of our kids' time as a sledding hill and playground in the winter and playground and picnic area in the summer. Our back yard is the 11th fairway of the Eagle-Vail golf course. Evenings grilling on our deck and overlooking the course with the backdrop of the Rockies all around us are the perfect way to close out a day of outdoor activities. Stone Creek runs through the 11th hole and provides a great place to play with the kids and dogs after the course play completes. Stopping by the house during a round of golf makes for great convenience.
What makes this Townhome unique
Our house is very comfortable, quiet and convenient. There is a lot of room to spread out both inside and outside the house. The floor plan allows many people to stay without a lot of noise between the rooms or floors.

Everything perfect, excellent location
The location was perfect, 5 min to Beaver Creek, 10 minutes to Vail, 1 min to Walmart. The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful winter vacation home
We so enjoyed staying in this lovely home. We found it to be spacious and very family friendly. There was lots of room to spread out on multiple floors, and the kitchen afforded plenty of room to cook large family meals. There was adequate seating for everyone. The consensus was that the beds were all quite comfortable. We enjoyed using the private hot tub during the day and in the evening. Situated in a beautiful residential area, stores, restaurants and skiing were all a short drive away. Scott was very accommodating and responsive throughout our planning and stay. We had a wonderful time!

The property had everything one would need. It comfortably accommodated the 3 families. Location is very good. It was very clean and the beds were very comfy. We just loved it.

Any rentals over 30 days are considered long term and not subject to sales tax so consider this if planning a longer stay!
