About Gabe Anderson
We love the outdoors but are city folks 90% of the time. Living in the city we wanted a place for our kids to run and enjoy the outdoors. City parks are great but don't hold a candle to what is right out our front door. We love hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter and curling up around the fire on a cold night. We use the property on a very regular basis so keep it feeling like a home and fully stocked with all you need.
Gabe Anderson purchased this Cabin in 2014
Why Gabe Anderson chose Fraser
Our cabin is set back off the road a bit, high up, with lots of trees all around. It really feels like a remote cabin yet is right in the heart of Fraser. You can walk out the front door with your boots on and catch the ski shuttle to Winter Park as well. A sprawling 29,620 square foot of land makes for fun backyard fun and exploration. The home has a rustic charm but all the modern creature comforts you come to expect in your own home.

Cozy cabin, great memories
This is our third spring break renting this cabin so that should say a lot. The kids love coming here and we spend most of the week skiing Winter Park. Only two suggestions from this stay:
1. perhaps the knives could be sharpened, they are a bit dull, and it's hard to slice vegetables!
2. I couldn't find a spatula to flip pancakes.
Otherwise: love that is close to Fraser/WP but feels removed/quaint/quiet as it is surrounded by some land and a tree filled property. I like staring at the mountains from the queen bed upstairs. I love the A-frame, it feels rustic and cozy and COOL! We would definitely come back when we can, we already have! :)
We had a minor hiccup upon check in but owner was prompt to respond and resolve! We had a lovely stay with our 4YO twins. They LOVED the loft setup. Location was very convenient to Winter Park and the Safeway is just at the bottom. It's also very close to the tubing hill. House is in a very quiet area and pictures are representative of what to expect. We would definitely stay here again.
Awesome Winter Location--Great Owner
I brought my two sons out to CO and stayed at the cabin in January. First off, Gabe was fantastic about responding to any questions I had and tremendously helpful.
Second, the location was superb. The cabin feels secluded, but you are 5 minutes from a grocery store and some awesome activities that we took advantage of (snowmobiling, tubing, great restaurants, etc.). It is really the best of both worlds.
The cabin itself is perfectly quaint and you feel like you are staying in some Swiss chalet. Very spacious, great kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We could have just stayed there and let me sons play in the snow and they would have loved it.
All in all, it is an excellent choice on where to stay.
We decided last minute to head up for New Year's Eve for a few days and Gabe was very accommodating with fitting us in at the last minute. Great location. Very clean and very comfortable. All the accommodations you could ask for. Thanks Gabe!
