Great, clean house close to all the parks
This was our 2nd stay at this house. When we decided to return to Kanab, we didn't even look around at other properties. We knew we wanted to stay here again. The house is very clean & very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of room & cabinet/drawer space. The bathroom set up made it easy for all of us to get ready in the morning. There is a designed parking spot right in front so when we rolled in late there were no parking worries. Tyler was very responsive and helpful. It is a great spot to base out of for day trips to all the parks. We are already planning next year's trip.
perfect better than expected!
Nice location for North Rim and Bryce. Very clean and nicely decorated. Condiments, spices and the cookies are a nice touch. Having a washer and dryer are always an added bonus. Beds were comfortable. My family and I were very pleased and have no complaints.
Perfect for our 2-night stay
This townhome was perfect for our short stay in Kanab. It was very clean and had a nice supply of towels and a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom layout was also very nice. Pocket doors separated the two sink areas from the shower/toilet area plus there was a full bath on the main level. Kanab makes a great "home base" with lots of sightseeing to do in the area. Tyler was a great host responding to questions quickly and checking in to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. My only suggestions would be to provide some instructions and a channel guide for the television. We were able to get everything to work so it wasn't a problem. In addition, instructions for the thermostat may be helpful as well. The downstairs seemed too warm most of the time while the upstairs was fairly comfortable. The area was very quiet and we enjoyed a little time in the pool as well. The hot tub was not very clean nor very hot but the pool was clean and refreshing. None of the comments would deter me from staying here again. Tyler was great to work with and we appreciate the opportunity to stay in this townhome. Thank you!
family razor trip in July 2017
The townhome was perfect for our family razor riding trip. It was clean and there was plenty of towels available and the barbeque worked out well. The only negative about the place is the pool and hot tub. The pool was extremely dirty and the jets in the hot tub were broken, The pool definitely needs some TLC. Other then that is was a great experience.
Fantastic location spacious and clean
We did a lot of hiking and this was perfect place to recharge!
Great Place to stay in Kanab
It was a very comfortable, and convenient place to stay for sightseeing the National Parks in Utah. Being in a large enough town to purchase groceries and supplies was handy. The house was well equipped and had high quality furnishings and beds. My only suggestion would be to have a larger skillet and more teaspoons. Our daughter's family who was staying in another unit in the El Pueblo complex ate dinner with us several evenings and we ran out of the spoons for six persons. (only 5 available) Other than that, everything was great and a super location for seeing Zion, Bryce, North Rim, etc.
