Please note that Lone Mountain Land (the development company) has started a large project called Lodgeside in the current Moonlight Club House parking area. The first phase is now underway in the west corner of the parking area. We anticipate this project continuing and expanding over the next 18 months.
At this time we are not aware of how big of an impact the project will have visually or from a noise perspective. If you are booking this unit please note that it is possible the project will have an impact in one or both of these ways.
A construction discount is being offered during the timeframe of the project.

*Please note this condo is one of four privately owned condos located inside the Moonlight Lodge. While we manage the individual condo, we do not manage the Moonlight Lodge or Lodge amenities/staff. The Lodge is part of the Moonlight Club, a private club at Moonlight Basin. As a guest of our Penthouse you have the opportunity to purchase an optional guest membership for the duration of your stay.
All costs of guest membership are the responsibility of the renter/guest. The daily access fee is determined by group size and the Moonlight Club requires that the fee be paid for all days of your stay excluding check-in and check-out day. Please call Moonlight Member Services at 406.995.7700 for details.
If you chose not to purchase the guest membership, you will NOT have access to the amenities (pool, workout area dining room, bar or Lodge common areas) at Moonlight Lodge or Ulery’s Lake Camp (sandy beach, canoes, paddle boards, etc).
Use of the Member’s Only lounge in the Moonlight Lodge is not included in the guest membership.

Skier Rating 5: Iron Horse and Pony Express lifts are scheduled to open on Dec 9. Moonlight Lodge and the remainder of the Moonlight lifts are scheduled to open Dec 15.
