Perfect place for a little vacation
Cozy little cabin that was close enough to town but still in beautiful mountain surroundings. Loved it!
Cute small cabin stuckbin the 70’s
Everything about this cabin screams 70’s. Starting with the old, dirty carpet and linoleum flooring in the kitchen. Not a great place if you have very young children. Their feet and legs were black with dirt from crawling (11month old) and walking on the carpet. Pretty gross. Other than that, the cabin is decent. Great location if snow Play or the lake is your agenda. I probably would t have expected so much if the price per night was more reasonable. It’s tiny, older and not the cleanest. It should be more around $100 per night
I love the house everything was perfect, thanks
The house was clean and everything was available thank you so much I will love to stay next time there.
Adequate living space for 4-5 ppl. Comfy & quaint.
We were pretty happy with the total experience. There was 6 of us for 2 of the days and 4 of us for the other 2....and 1 bathroom, a little tricky but we managed. A couple things weren’t properly mounted so we had a deer head/antlers fall off the bedroom wall with barely a light touch to it. I believe it’s getting fixed. Also, the little lamp hanging in the closet of the main bedroom easily came apart when we pulled on the chain to turn it on. Hahah. Just needs a little glue. Other than those 2 little hiccups back to back upon entry when getting settled in, all else was good. I actually enjoyed the fact that the carpet and furnishings are totally dated. It made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about every little thing getting messed or dirty because it honestly doesn’t show on that carpet! Ha (although we had no messes but it made for a more easy going time). All in all, the location is central to lots. Great hiking up and around the neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of bedding for all. All was clean and smelled good upon entry (I noticed immediately).
I loved it. People were great. Cabin was great. It was close to everything
Property was clean and maintained. Everything in it is old. It did have wifi that worked fine. Back bedroom gets cold during winter months so we had to plug in additional heater which was provided in rental. Dryer doesn't really dry clothes well. Check out procedures says you have to take your own trash across town to trash site or you get a $50 charge. Other then that good stay and close to tube sledding hill and town.
Great location - About a quarter of a mile from Big Bear Snow Play, half a mile from the lake, 1.5 miles from the Vons and the Stater Bros shopping center and just 3.5 from the Big Bear Village!
