One of the best valued condos in Kimberley! This fully self-contained condo was built in 2001 and has two bedrooms on main + loft with queen bed and two twins. This unit (Kimberley Ridge 110) is one of the larger condos on the ski-hill at 1250 sqft living space. New carpet and a fresh coat of paint on the main floor in Dec 2016 has really provided a clean feeling and light space. Shaw provides Internet 150 dedicated to the condo so it's lightening fast!

I also have two other, side by side, 3 bdrm loft units in Kimberley Ridge (410 and 411) that are available for short-term vacation rental. In Oct 2016, these units were connected at the living room level with a new communicating door creating a 6 bdrm / 6 bathroom, 3000 sqft condo! Please contact for details or visit www.Kimberley.com

All queen beds apart from two twin pull-outs in the loft. The loft has double sink ensuite bathroom. The two bedrooms on main have queen beds and one has an ensuite bathroom.

There are one balcony with private 6-person hot tub, natural gas BBQ, patio furniture and backs onto green space. The condo is a top floor unit and is accessed up four flights of stairs. In-suite laundry and dishwasher.

The kitchen has 10 place settings and all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain! There is ski and golf club storage at the entrance level.

I've worked in ski and golf tourism since 2001. This great condo was bought for friends, family and those folks interested in exploring Kimberley to enjoy and connect in the mountain. Kimberley really is a great place to home base for creating mountains of memories.

What makes this condo unique

Life is made easy with the equipped kitchen for food prep, fridge with ice maker, hot tub on the deck and equipment storage outside the entrance door. There's a natural gas fireplace for ambiance. Backing on green space on one side and ski resort just out the door. Simply Kimberley has an 11-passenger 2017 Ford Transit and a 24-passenger van for group transportation.

Great place, great location. All that it was said to be. Would recommend for the Kimberley area.

We were able to access via lock box so didn't have to coordinate our schedule with the owner. Unit was clean and ready for use. Hot tub was a great feature and we made use of the BBQ grill. We used all ten sleeping slots yet enjoyed the space.

We came for Julyfest and the price change from regular season was a surprise but relative to other offerings was still competitive.

Great Condo + Great Location!

A group of friends and I stayed at Tod's condo in March, and found the condos to be perfect! Proximity to the chairlift is great, as it's just a short walk. The condos themselves were clean, spacious, and the private hot tubs are a very nice added touch. The kitchens came with everything we could have possibly needed as well.

Booking and communicating with Tod was also a great experience. He is quick to reply, and was happy to answer any of the questions we had. I plan to book with Tod again for my next Kimberley vacation.

Nice property, but not actually ski-in/ski-out!

We were disappointed that the ad misrepresented this property as "ski-in/ski-out". It is a short walk to the bottom of the hill, however this is not the same as being able to actually ski to/from the property as we have done from other condos at Kimberly. This is an important distinction when you have 5 children and their equipment to get back and forth multiple times a day!

The condo is nice, with a decent layout and multiple bathrooms. However ALL of the mattresses are in severe need of replacement, not just the foldaway mattresses. Several of us chose to sleep on couches/floors due to the sore backs we suffered after the first night.

Enjoyed the stay but not the stairs

There are a couple of things which could make it more comfortable - both the coffee pot & kettle took waay too long (waiting 20 minutes for coffee is unacceptable - for very little $ these 2 appliances can be replaced); the beds were quite hard; and even though our email said the place was up a flight of stairs, it was 4 flights of 8 stairs - very hard on my husband who has breathing difficulties (would have really appreciated a heads up on this - might actually have made us thing twice as my husband did not want the long hike up and down - 1 flight of stairs he would have been ok with - misleading and not cool). Tv remote for the main tv was missing so could not get into Netflix, etc (but that was minor for us). Would have liked to meet the owner just to go over things - ex: main door frame had some damage which was there when we arrived but we wanted to make sure the owner knew we hadn't done it so we made the phone call. I realize these are all minor irritations but things that could easily be rectified and change the review from "good" to "great". However very handy to the ski hill and the barbeque and hot tub were enjoyed. There was lots of room and our grandson enjoyed being able to have his own space as he took over the loft area and could escape the adults whenever he needed to. Also enjoyed the fact that there were 3 bathrooms - very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with all dishes and cooking utensils. As we only went out for a couple of meals, this was also appreciated. Overall would recommend it (especially if stairs do not hinder you)

Owner's Response: Hi Diane. Thank you for the detailed review and the information on the slow brewing coffee pot and kettle. You're right - 20 mins is not OK in the morning to wait for coffee and a new kettle is an easy fix. The unit will have a new coffee pot and kettle (and cheese grater!) in it early this week. As for the hard beds, that's the first I had heard about uncomfortable beds. The LG remote went missing after the New Years group unfortunately... Thank you again for your stay and review; looks like I have a few things to improve.

Great location

Great location and fantastic customer service. We had a large group here with quite a few kids and we didn't feel cramped. We will definitely be back again soon.

Security Deposit Policy: A $500 security deposit is required to offset any chargeable concerns including damage, excessive cleaning or hot tub water changes required from alcohol or food particles in the hot tub. Security deposit will be returned within 7 days with no chargeable issues being identified.
Travellers will be invoiced for online payment through Visa or MasterCard by Cando Venture Corp. doing business as Simply Kimberley. Or through HomeAway Payments. Cando Venture Corp is GST registered with GST No. 806947545.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
