Our studio is a privately owned condo at Coral Beach near Port Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island and has a view of the ocean from the private balcony.

Beautifully renovated studio with open modern kitchen is equipped with full size appliances. A Dining area is located in the kitchen, and accommodates seating for four.

The bathroom includes toilet, shower and spacious vanity.

Our condo is located on the second floor and just steps away from the white sand beach and the oceanfront pool.

The Coral Reef Beach Bar and Grille is located poolside and oceanfront. They serve up excellent lunch, dinner and appetizers, and offer a kids menu too!! They often have weekly specials, live music or movie night on the oceanfront deck.

Swim in the clear blue waters, or snorkel at the offshore reef, or just relax and laze away on the white sand beach under one of the shady tiki huts at our beach. Rest assured this condominium complex has security cameras and 24 hr. security staff on hand.

With Coral Beach Hotel and Condominiums situated right on the beach you are in walking distance to the Port Lucaya Market Place to enjoy shopping, dinning and entertainment.

This is a true and relaxing getaway with everything at your door step.

Great Studio

Our entire experience with this rental was wonderful. The owners were extremely helpful and flexible from start to finish. The studio was just as shown in the pictures and was very well-kept. The pool, beach, and beach bar were just a few steps down the back stairwell which was very convenient. The beach was very private and in the perfect location to experience both the privacy of the walk to the gorgeous channel in one direction, and Port Lucaya in the other. We walked down the beach each evening to Port Lucaya for dinner and then took an $8 cab ride back. Our favorite restaurants were Sabor and The Flying Fish. This is an amazing price for such a nice rental. We highly recommend it.

Very Comfortable Studio

We spent three months at this beautifully remodeled condo~~December, 2015 through February, 2016. This is a very comfortable and spacious studio with an equipped kitchen. Coral Beach Condos are in a perfect location with one of the best, if not THE best, beaches on the island! We explored almost every inch of the island during our stay---so we feel confident in making these statements! The staff at the onsite bar and grill are delightful! The owner is very professional and responsive to any question or concern. We felt very safe in Grand Bahama and found the locals to be very hospitable and welcoming! The island has a laid back vibe but there is a lot to do here! We highly recommend this property and are certain future renters will find it as desireable as we did. Cheers!

AMAZING VACATION....COULD NOT HAVE FOUND BETTER!

This property is an absolute perfect place to rent for your vacation. From beginning to end the communication and representation of this rental was spot on! The place is a hidden gem for sure. The owner did a fabulous job on remodeling the unit. It has a fresh clean modern feel everywhere you look. We could not have been more comfortable. With the short walk down the back stairs to the pool and beach we were in heaven. Not to mention the property has its own little bar/restaurant which was great. Friendly service, great atmosphere steps away from the pool and the private beach, and a great menu with reasonable prices including happy hour! Shade huts on the private beach were a dream. We walked the beach in both directions many times. Towards the channel which was a very nice walk night or day. A fast fun walk down the beach in the other direction to the Port Lucaya end and took short $5- $10 cab rides home if we stayed late. The property is a quick short trip from the airport and one trip to local grocery was enough to stock us up for the week with things we did not bring with us. We found Freeport to be an excellent place to vacation and when we go back we will be renting this property again without question!

My month at "a little piece of paradise".

What a wonderful place to rest and rejuvenate from a busy life. Frank made the trip easy for me, and the personal note left for me on the kitchen table when I arrived was the indication of how the rest of the trip was going to go. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my month in paradise. From the beautiful and immaculate condo which had everything I needed, to the cab drivers, esp. Queenie!, the staff at the hotel, bar and restaurant, the Bahamian people, and the beach. Wonderful! I will be back.

Purfect condo amazing location!

Frank was wonderful to deal with. This was our first experience renting a private condo but Frank answered all my questions promptly and made us feel very comfortable with all the arrangements. Upon the arrival we were pleasantly surprised - Condo was beautifully renovated, super clean and modern with a nice décor, ton of kitchen cabinets and space for your clothes. The space was perfect for me and my daughter (Probably will feet one child who can sleep on cozy couch if needed). Frank daughter Daniela who lives there met us next day and was very pleasant and friendly and gave us a lot of helpful info.

Also we were impressed with a security at the condo complex. 2-3 people was always at the lobby during the day , security cameras and main door locked after the hours and you use your own keys to get in.

If you go to the first floor back door, you will get straight to the beautiful pool and pool bar where you can get food and drink and next two steps will take you to a gorgeous private Coral Beach. Not crowded, very quiet only used by few guest who stayed at the condos. People very friendly around the aria.

We enjoyed 20 min walks on the beach side every day to Port Lucayan, where is a marketplace with lots of shops and restaurants, bars and other activities. We would usually take a cab back if it was dark. The cab ride is only 5 min and $10. (Btw I will not recommend to rent a car! Very confusing lift side driving, a lot of tourists accidents.). We also met a very nice lady driver Quinine. She is always on time and very pleasant. Her phone number located on the side of a freege at the condo and also downstairs at the lobby by the phone. Just call her and she will take care of you!

During our vacation we went to all activities we could :)

Snorkeled at Paradise Cove (It was amazing) and with Pat and Diane, Bonfire at Tiano Beach, Wednesday Fish Fry as a must, Downtown tour, Dolphins experience and more. Most of this activities we arranged at Port Lucayan at the info kiosk with a friendly lady Gailene.

Be aware of a high cost at local supermarket . We only bought a stuff to prep breakfast at the condo and it is almost cheaper to eat out for the rest of the day. We were glad we brought with us all the meds and supply as well as sunblock, hair, shampoo, soap and paper products! Very costly here.

Overall our stay at the condo and vacation was amazing!!! Thank you so much Frank and Daniela !!!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time in this unit. The condo is newly refurbished and very clean, with everything we needed, including a toaster, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, a full -size refrigerator, oven, microwave, all manner of pots and pans (none of which we used--we were on vacation, and cooking is hard work!), bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. The wi-fi was extremely good, allowing us to work as necessary and also to watch Netflix on the flatscreen TV (which also had cable service). The unit was just steps away from the stairs leading outside to the pool and beach; the beach was beautiful and the water crystal clear. The onsite restaurant/bar was very handy for snacks and cocktails. We did not rent a car, and used Queenie's taxi service to go to the grocery and Port Lucaya Marketplace/Count Basie Square for dinner each night. The owner of this unit was extremely responsive and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
