Something For Everyone

  • 5 of 5

Thanks Brian and family for a much needed getaway! Our family had a great time. The kids aging from 11-17yrs old all had a great time with all the water toys that you provide. There was never a moment they said they were bored...that's a win! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. My favorite space was on the back patio. Nothing better then sipping on coffee over looking that view...Hope to visit again sometime soon!

Beautiful Vacation Spot!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed 6 nights with my two kids (6 & 10) and our small dog. We had so much fun! The house and property are awesome and Brian was super nice meeting us on our first day to show us the ropes! All the water toys (slide, kayaks, SUPs, paddle boat) were so fun to be able to use for the week. Amazing deck and patio to relax on! Great experience! Would definitely love to go again and hopefully take some family along because there is tons of space!

Amazing family vacation destination

  • 5 of 5

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at Brian's cabin! Plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved all the toys especially the paddle boarding. We had a few hiccups when we got there, however, Brian was there to help when we needed him. It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked and the only things we had to pack were clothes and food. Our dogs loved playing in the water with the kids. I highly recommend enjoying the hot tub in the morning with coffee & take in the calm, peaceful river view. The multiple decks made every part of the day fantastic. We will definitely go back next year!!

Great summer vacation Place Relax and Unwind

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent a relaxing two weeks in July at Brian's cabin and loved every minute we spent there. It was so peaceful and quiet and being so close to the Pend Oreille River was amazing. We all enjoyed the water slide (teens and adults) and the other water toys, especially the canoe, paddle boat and stand up paddle boards and spent a significant part of each day enjoying those activities. Also caught a nice small mouth bass fishing from our boat dock. We really enjoyed having the having the option of the two decks, staying in the shade on the upper deck when it was really hot or sitting in the sun on the brick patio, where there are chairs, a fire pit and a hot tub, when it was a bit cooler. Brian made sure there was plenty of firewood so that was nice. My wife really enjoyed having all of the necessary kitchen items already there, which made it feel like she was cooking in her own kitchen at home. The upper loft slept our 4 young adults and kept them entertained with tons of movies. Our son and daughter enjoyed the privacy of the little bungalow in back, which also had it's own shower and toilet, separate from the sleeping room, so other people could use the bathroom without disturbing their room. We found the cabin location to be very centrally located to a variety of things to do. The little town of Newport is 5 minutes away and town of Priest River about 10 minutes. We also enjoyed day trips to Sand Point, for shopping, dining and a great farmer's market, about 30 minutes away. Another absolutely stunning day trip high light was doing the 15 mile (all downhill and a shuttle bus takes you back to your car!) Hiawatha Bike Trail, starting about 5 miles into Montana and ending in Wallace, Idaho. Stunning views from the railroad trestles and fun going thru the old rail tunnels. This only took about an hour and a half to get there from the cabin. Silverwood Water and Theme Park is another great day trip and is only 45 minutes away. Brian was a great host, always a phone call away if we had any questions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone for a great summer vacation stay.

Great place on the lake!

  • 5 of 5

If your looking for luxurious 5 star lodging this is not the place for you, however if you're into a cozy place on the water for great family fun then look no further! This cabin is at a perfect location on Priest River which, at this location, is pretty much a lake. Beautiful sunset views from the large deck. The water was warm & calm, and we played in it for hours. Brian was a great host and very accommodating, having access to kayaks, paddle boards etc. made it even more enjoyable. Good proximity to Sand Point as well as Silverwood and Coeur D'alene for easy day trips. All the amenities you need are provided including dishes, towels and a great BBQ. No wifi, but with all our activities we didn't miss it. Would definitely recommend for families with kids or even a "guys" weekend.
