Great for Area Visitor, esp. Downtown / University: Very close to downtown Minneapolis. In vibrant 'Arts District' Northeast Part of the city. Convenient to the University of Minnesota.
Close to all the cultural and recreational activities Minneapolis offers. Location is across the street from both EXPRESS bus to Downtown and LOCAL bus line to Downtown, University, Arts District. Connect to Light Rail to St. Paul and Airport.
It is possible to attend a conference or trade show at the Convention Center more easily here than staying at some downtown hotels. (One bus is labeled 'Convention Center'.)
Excellent for visiting Professionals. Excellent for visiting University staff or professors.
Close to Restaurants, Museums, Activities, Parks.: Many recreational activities available atMinneapolis Parks. See Minneapolis Parks website for Water Park, Northeast Diagonal Trail, etc.
Major bike and walk paths to Northeast Minneapolis and University area. Columbia Heights city park two blocks away offers ball fields. Almost all major cultural resources are easily accessible by bus and of course car. Walker Art Center, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, University of Minnesota Weisman Museum, Swedish Institute, Pavek Museum, etc.
Major restaurant area is Central Avenue Corridor. All cuisines represented in this safe but ethnically diverse melting pot section of the city.
Walk to two convenience stores in a few blocks, plus many dollar stores, other shops, etc.

The owners Scott and Jenna live nearby, and are always available by cell phone in case of emergency. (We have managed rentals for over 10 years, and have helped people in just about every situation!)

Great location for accessing everything in the twin cities. Excellent location if you do not have a car. Easy walking distance to many shops, and located next to over FIVE bus lines, that give access to the whole twin cities. Bicyclists have loved staying here... great bike paths all over. Minneapolis (three blocks away) has "Bicycle Boulevards".
