Recently updated 2 bed 2 bath condo with great view of gulf and access to beach

Unit 1104 has recently been upgraded/updated in one of the best equipped, best located condo complexes in Gulf Shores. Crystal Shores is an 12 year old 14 story complex within walking distance of shopping, dinner, drinks and more. Our objective is to provide an exceptional vacation condo for your accommodations while in Gulf Shores. I'm the owner since 2012 and you can be assured of a better than average experience when you elect to stay in unit 1104. Seeing is believing and the view from the 11th floor is amazing Yet with 2 fast elevators you can be in the water within 3-4 minutes from walking out of our unit. Forgot the key... not a problem as we have a key-less lock so nothing to lose and everyone can always get in!

If you enjoy working out, we have that covered as well on the 2nd floor you will find a work out room facing the beach with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, stationary bikes and even a dry sauna! For fun, a foosball table as well as pool table are there as well.

Crystal Shores is one of the newer (2004) condominium complexes sitting directly on the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores. WIFI Internet is included and charcoal grills are available for our guests use as well but you must bring your own charcoal/starter/lighter. Rental chaise lounges/umbrella's are available March to November from a 3rd party for about $140/week. As of 1/1/2016 Gulf Shores has stated they will commence to enforce a clean beach policy so all tents/chairs, etc. must be removed 1 hr after sundown. Beach chair concessions that have a business license will have have 1-2 more years before they too will be required to clear the beach each night. This is being done so the city can groom the beach and in part to protect sea turtle nesting. For more information contact the City of Gulf Shores Ph: 251-968-2040. www.cleanisland.org

Our unit comes with 9 ft ceilings so it has a light and airy feeling to it. We have updated and upgraded many items recently so the unit feels fresh. We elected to appoint this unit very comfortably for 6 (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and one Queen sleeper sofa). We only rent weekly and only Saturday to Saturday as we have a fabulous cleaner and that is when she can clean..

Upscale bedding is in both bedrooms and both bedrooms feature flat screen TV's. The main room has a 42' LG flat screen TV and a DVD/VHS player. There are glass top tables and a recliner completing the furnishings in the main room.

The dining room set has 4 chairs and with 2 more bar chairs so able to accommodate 6 for a meal.

The kitchen is fully stocked, has both granite counters and stone back splash for those who savor cooking, an upscale cozy space to do so.

The in unit laundry room features full size Whirlpool washer and dryer with a drying rack, an iron and ironing board with the laundry detergent provided. The sheets and towels are replaced annually with 400 count cotton sheets and plush towels. Both providing a difference you will feel!

Our unit has been painted with a relaxing mixture of colors, and comfortable furnishings. The well-appointed living and dining rooms provide a comfortable setting for you to relax in.

The balcony directly overlooks the beach and the view of the Gulf is spectacular... you can see both dolphins and rays swim past easily from up high.

It is furnished with a selection of 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges. During the hot summer months you remain cool in the shade. During the cooler winter months you will feel the warmth of the sun relaxing in those same chairs providing you with great view of the sunset on the beach.

When you arrive at our unit, you can expect to find it very clean, completely stocked (soap/paper products/cleaners), and in good condition upon your arrival. There are no pets allowed at Crystal Shores except for owners. This is a non-smoking unit as well including the balcony. There is community use smoking balcony available on the second level.

ALL RENTALS THAT ARE WEEKLY WILL RUN SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Our cleaner DeAnn does a great job. Only cleaner we've had where we did not feel the need to do some cleaning upon arrival. She has a full time job and we accommodate her ability to clean on Saturdays so if that does not work for you we understand and hope you are able to find another property at Crystal Shores she is worth much us to and think our guests will feel the same. Worth it for them as well.

DEPOSIT - The Deposit would be in addition to the Rental Rate and a $300 deposit is required to hold a date for a weekly or daily rental. A $600 deposit is required for stays of 4 weeks or longer. .

Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 9:00 AM. There are shower/changing facilities on the second floor should you choose to arrive earlier and/or stay later on that Saturday.

The condo association does not allow RV's or trailers on the property and occupancy is restricted to 6 people overnight per unit and Michael is there for us to make sure our unit and our guests are in compliance with the Association rules. Two parking passes are available for $22 each (includes tax)..

Beautifully decorated, updated, and comfortable condo had everything we needed for a fabulous week! The view from the 11th floor is fantastic! We loved seeing the flocks of pelicans fly by the balcony. The complex has many upscale amenities! Don is great to work with and he will help in any way possible! We will definitely be back!

Great Winter Getaway!

What a special condo for a winter getaway, with both the living room and master bedroom opening onto a large balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico! The sunrises, sunsets, and dolphin watching were awesome, not to mention great seafood restaurants nearby! The condo was meticulous and well-maintained, and it was a pleasure communicating with Don during the rental process, as well as when he called to see if everything was in order when we checked in. We definitely want to return to Crystal Shores 1104 soon...it is a fantastic condo for all seasons!

Wonderful vacation condo

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. This condo is wonderful. It had some extras such as toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap that I am used to having to purchase.

This condo is so clean and very comfortable. We had a minor issue when arriving and it was addressed immediately. We received a followup phone call from the owner to make sure everything was okay.

The condo was very clean. The satellite tv was great as we had a little rain. The balcony is fantastic and we never tired of the amazing view you have from this unit.

We really appreciated it had table and chairs so we could eat outside . It was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed our walks on the soft sand.

The parking area was easy to access and had some nice carts to take belongings up to the unit. Crystal Shores is a very nice complex. They were constantly doing maintenance the week we were there. It was kept so clean. We slept so well as the bed is very comfortable.

You cannot go wrong with this condo. Definitely will return if we vacation in Gulf Shores again. Don, thank you for being such a great host.

FANTASTIC!!

We spent Thanksgiving week at this lovely condo. What you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get! Everything was very clean and there was PLENTY of room for our family of 4. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the balcony is SUCH a nice size! We saw dolphins several days and enjoyed great weather! The owners were always very prompt to respond to emails and/or texts when I had pre-trip questions and were always available to contact. We'll definitely hope to return!
