Beautiful and Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

My family celebrated Thanksgiving in this gorgeous home....perfect location for a holiday in Annapolis! The decor is stunning, yet it is very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need....I cooked a full Thanksgiving meal! The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and feel like you are staying in a high end hotel. In addition to our immediate family, we hosted several Midshipman who could not make it home and there was plenty of space to relax and watch football. Our only regret is that the weather was not warm enough to spend time enjoying the lovely backyard space. This home is walking distance to Main Street, Maryland Avenue, USNA, St. John's, West Street, and Navy-Marine Corps. Memorial Stadium. Park your car once and leave it there!

This home is amazingly beautiful. From the furnishings, linens, kitchen amenities, tv's etc.the attention to detail and comfort... all top of the line. For an historic home built in 1876 it is amazing how the beauty of the period architectural features are maintained but blended with contemporary amenities for comfort and pleasure. We were a family of 3 generations and had the luxury of spacious and private bedrooms and plenty of room and space to relax in the wonderful living room, family room and lovely backyard. The location could not have been better too. Easy walking to the Naval Academy, State Circle, City Dock and St. Johns. The managers of this home are the best I have ever worked with for any rental home…available and accommodating. Take my word for it. Do not miss the opportunity to have a very special experience of staying in this home if you come to Annapolis. It's rare that I have ever stayed in a rental home that I wish had been my own home but this is the exception. Can't think of one negative. Worth every dime!

Dream House

  • 5 of 5

What a winner this fantastic home is on all fronts! I love the history of Annapolis, the Naval Academy and location is always important to me but the best part of this trip was the beautiful home at 202 Prince George St. I have stayed in many vacation home rentals but this was more than I ever expected to find in a rental. The home has beautiful curb appeal and when you walk through the front door all you can say is WOW. The beauty of the craftsmanship in the detail of the moldings and woodwork, the inlaid hardwood floors and an over the top attention to detail makes one feel they are going into a very special setting. The house sparkles with cleanliness, lovely furnishings, unvbelieavbly comfortable mattresses, linens and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you would ever need. It feels as if someone has graciously allowed you into a special and loved home. The flat screen tv's, sound system and back yard patio with lovely seating and BBQ just top off the inviting experience. I actually found it hard to leave to do the things I came to Annapolis to do! I will be definitely be back.
