Building has covered parking, elevator, ski storage, bike storage, exercise room, heated pool, hot tub and fire pit in community pool area in front of building. Washer-dryer in unit & also building has coin operated laundry room. Wood burning fireplace, two tvs, nice fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Supplied with some books and board games. Building is located steps from free Park City Shuttle route and

walking distance for groceries. Middle floor, end unit which has good cross ventilation in

summer with small barbeque grill on balcony. Dining table seats 6 and 3 fit at wrap around breakfast bar. One bath has tiled shower and large hot tub and dual sinks and other bath

tiled shower and single sink. Ample storage in closets and dressers. Premier location just short steps across parking lot to PCMR for recreation and restaurants. Has Wifi and livingroom tv can be used with your own netflx account for movies. Updated with new livingroom and diningroom furniture and new flooring fall of 2017.My

About Jo Fitzpatrick

My husband disability retired from his large orthodontic practice due to an accident and I am retired from nursing and being a Pan Am flight attendant. We are both private pilots and flew our cessna 182 for 18 years and still miss it!!!! Our main home is in Paradise Valley, Arizona, and Park City has been our second home for 35 years. We have two children and 3 grandchildren and when I have any spare time you can usually find me on the tennis court!!! We hope you will love Park City as much as we do and we may be there when you are as we own another unit in the building that we don't rent because it is full of our "stuff" and we do visit year round!

Why Jo Fitzpatrick chose Old Town

Park City has the greatest snow and is so easily accessible year round. We have looked at other locations during our 35 years as part time residents and always come back to being happy in Snowblaze because of the sturdy building, the great location and the amenities we have. Our guests especially like the location as well!!! As a family of 4 this unit was our home away from home for many years before we purchased a 3 bedroom above it and moved up. I still love the coziness and floor plan of 206 - it is the only one like it in the building.

What makes this condo unique

Location, location, location!!!! Close to the resort center, close to grocery shopping, walking distance up town or extremely close to hopping the free bus system for the area, close to the library (which is a film festival venue), great hot tub, pool and firepit in front of the building and a handy exercise room on the first floor.. Elevator and covered parking with grocery carts to use to haul up gear and groceries. In the summer the fireworks display may be seen from right in front of the building. Concerts in the park across the street are so close in the summer that it is very convenient to stroll over to them and not worry about parking.

Wonderful, comfortable, convenient

So glad we found this condo. All of the features are as described - and better! Great proximity to Park City Mountain resort. Furnishings all very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and it's nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Convenient parking, but also close to bus stops and weather permitting, walking to downtown. Our teenagers loved the hot tub after a day of snowboarding. This was the perfect choice for our getaway to Park City.

Great location, nice and clean condo. Felt very comfortable at Snowblaze. Steps from the bus stop. Very close to the slopes at Park City and short drive to Deer Valley. Nice and quiet location. Just awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Enough - Warm Without AC

Nicely furnished, more like a home than a rental unit. Garage is for smaller cars as only a few spots with clearance over 6'3" or so. My FJ Cruiser with a standard roof rack could not go beyond the first few spots. We were there on a late July weekend and there were people partying in the hot tub with load music just outside our bedroom window until midnight. Had to close window to drown out the sound which exacerbated the lack of air conditioning.
