About Michele Garner

We live in Vail and help families that do not live here rent their homes to great travelers around the world.

We know the Vail area very well and help people find great solutions every day. We listen to what you are wanting to do on your vacation and do our very best to ensure you get there.

Why Michele Garner chose Vail Village

This property is very comfortable and clean and is owned by a family that visits the Valley every year. They love the home and have it setup to their preferences. It is very comfortable and works great for their vacations. They enjoy that their home can be made available to you for your next vacation in Vail.

The property is not the most luxurious home in Vail and the price of the home reflects that. It is, however, clean and very comfortable.

This is a benefit to those who want a comfortable home that is clean and in a really good location.

What makes this condo unique

This condominium is in the Village Inn Plaza building. These are all privately owned condominiums and thus the property is, generally speaking, very quiet. The parking and entry are all protected by codes, so no visitors wandering around the building using the facilities. Here you'll have parking for ONE vehicle only - suburban size vehicles fit into the spaces - just drive in the parking deck very SLOWLY.

This property has an indoor hot tub and sauna which were recently updated and are beautiful and convenient. You can also walk outside the building to the Sebastian, next door, to enjoy the hot tubs and heated swimming pool there (which are very nice to have as an option for your family).

Walking around with your ski boots, snowboard boots and other items in your arms (carrying them, plus the kids) isn't fun. Here we can arrange for your skis/boards and boots to be stored in Vail Village (based on your rentals) so that you can walk comfortably to and from the slopes each day. All ski and board rentals should be setup PRIOR to your arrival so that you walk over to the shop and you're ready to get on the slopes!

If you want to tour Lionshead or Golden Peak, you can walk a few steps out the rear entry of the building and use the free Town of Vail bus system. To explore other ski areas, you can arrange for transportation for a day or however long you want. The Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch ski areas are wonderful and worth a day trip if you can spare it.

Great spot for a young family stay

  • 4 of 5

I need to start out by stating that the communication with the management company for this property was the best I have encountered on VRBO! The husband and wife team were great and followed up with me often to ensure we were happy with our stay. I think I received daily text messages ensuring our satisfaction. Much appreciated. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, etc. Also had access to Sebastian pool and hot tubs which was a nice treat...just a two minute walk away. The property itself was comfortable. It is pretty dated and could use a little face lift in kitchen and bathrooms especially. The unit is by the front door. This is convenient for street access and unloading the car. However, this is also the area where people seemed to gather for a smoke break. Not the owners fault but the main living area constantly smelled of smoke. The condo had fans in the closet which was a must...very hard to control the heat in the unit and the bedrooms were very warm. Outside of these things we had a nice experience.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kinds words and helping us make the property better. We are very happy to have had you visit with us. We are working on making some minor changes immediately - based on your excellent feedback - sink faucets are already changed and the living room lighting was upgraded. We will also investigate the heat issue immediately. We will check into the smoke issue - we only know about these things if we are told Again, we are very grateful for your visit and look forward to years of working together. Be well..

Convenient, comfortable & great for a small family

  • 3 of 5

We had 3 adults & 2 small boys (6-7 years old).

Loved the fireplace & kitchen-- a bit dated (plus 'tiny' Tv's) but very functional & great vail village location! Really enjoyed next door Sebastian outdoor pool/hot-tubs! Would definitely return . Very nice for reasonable price.

Owner's Response: We were very happy to have you visit and look forward to seeing you in the future. Glad you enjoyed the Sebastian amenities - very nice to have for this home. Would love to hear how to bump up the review to 4 stars. Please let us know and we will work on it. Don't forget to think about visiting in the summer - Vail is really enjoyable in the summer months. Take good care and thanks again for writing in.

Vail Village Condo

  • 5 of 5

Perfect location to ski and enjoy Vail mountain. Short walk to the Vista Bahn. Comfortable, clean and, although not luxurious, included everything needed for a great ski vacation. We've been renting in Vail for 25 years and would happily stay here again. The manager and caretaker were extremely responsive to any and all of our requests. The unit is very quiet although it's on Frontage Road. Underground parking also a big plus, as are the access doors directly into the Village.
