About Mary Beth Masimore

We live in Harbor Springs permanently now. Our family has been enjoying Harbor Springs since the 1920s. We moved here full time because summers were just not enough time here. The beauty, clean spring fed water, beaches and clean air are hard to beat.

Mary Beth Masimore purchased this cottage in 2014

Why Mary Beth Masimore chose Harbor Springs

This house was built in 1890. It has been completely renovated while keeping its cottage charm intact. It's within walking distance of everything. The location is perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths

What makes this cottage unique

Mary Beth, the owner, is just amazing! The house is picture perfect! Harbor Springs is a wonderful little town. The house is so close to the lake and town. We really enjoyed walking around town and enjoying all it has to offer. Just perfect!

Excellent all around!!

  • 5 of 5

Three couples stayed for a wonderful, long 3 day weekend and it was perfect. The two bedrooms downstairs along with one bedroom upstairs and three bathrooms made it very easy to enjoy this lovely home. All the necessities were right there and the fire pit in the backyard made it really nice in the evenings. The street was quite yet we were within walking distance to the town. The bike paths ran all the way to Bay Harbor and beyond which is one reason we wanted to be in Harbor Springs. This home is highly recommended by all of us and we will be back for some great skiing in the winter. The owners couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. We all loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the setting around us, it felt like we were in our own homes.

Wonderful family vacation in this precious place

  • 5 of 5

My family spent two weeks this summer in this wonderful house. The location is perfect...walk or bike to downtown Harbor Springs and easy access to, biking, grocery, resturants and beautiful Harbor! The house is so light and well appointed with everything you will need and the owner is the best! Very helpful and so willing to make your visit prefect...down to firewood for the outdoor fire pit, to charcoal and lighter for the grill. We did have a hot spell and the AC units were wonderful. Spent lots of time on the front porch and street traffic minimal. Wonderful time in a wonderful house!
