Modernly Renovated full of upgrades Studio Apartment

A lovely one bedroom studio located on Coral Beach. Modernly renovated and was completed on Feb 1st 2015. Enjoy waking up to a white sandy beach or sit back and take advantage of the hotel pool . Unit is 2503 located on 5th floor.

This newly renovated apartment has a fully equipped brand new kitchen, bathroom, floors and king size bed with high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, High Definition Flat screen 49 inch mounted TV, Wifi and internet. Check out Video and see the grounds and Beautiful beach from the Air.

There is an onsite pool bar and restaurant where you can order your Bahama Mama and have a delicious fresh fish and chips!

In Port Lucaya you can find a variety of restaurants whether you're in the mood for something fancy (Cappuccino's or Flying Fish) or something casual try the conch hut by the port Lucaya marina for fresh conch cerveca and conch fritters.

There will be an onsite property manager who I will get you in touch with upon your reservation confirmation. Electrical Lock. Code will be sent to you once reservation is confirmed.

PORT LUCAYA MARKETPLACE

‘Port Lucaya’ is the hub for Things TO DO in Grand Bahama. It is a quaint shopping & restaurant area on a small bay where luxury yachts are frequently docked. Here you can shop, eat or interact with the locals in a very safe environment.

The Port Lucaya area offers free entertainment in the public square, shopping, cafes…all in one location.

Wonderful and relaxing honeymoon at Coral Beach!

My newlywed wife and I had an amazing time at this wonderful studio apartment at Coral Beach. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures if not better. Extremely clean and modern with plenty of space for 2 or even 3 people. The apartment is part of a nice complex that is literally right on the beach. It's just a short walk to the pool and beach grill area and then your like 10 ft away from the beach entrance. Coral Beach is very secluded and feels private. It's a beautiful area and the beach is very clean. Theodore was a great host and communicated well with us. He provided us with all that we needed including; wifi, cable, extra sheets, full kitchen and all the appliances, beach towels/chairs and more. We loved our stay here and can't wait to go back in the future.

Absolutely Perfect

This was my first VRBO experience and it was better than I could have hoped. Theo was very easy to work with making arrangements and super quick to respond. The condo itself is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet and modern accommodation at a great location. It was just as described in the listing and Theo was always helpful with any additional questions. Coral Beach staff and other tenants are super friendly while the pool, bar, common spaces, ect are also great. The beach has the cleanest, softest sand around. When we come back, I hope this condo is available because staying anywhere else wouldn't be as good.

Clean and modern in a great location

This studio is the class of the island. Stayed at this studio for 4 nights with my wife and I moved to a hotel at the end of the stay for two nights for business and oh my what a downgrade (and I paid much more at the hotel). This studio is perfect for a couple looking to have some time alone. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded and very convenient. It is a short walk (15 minutes by beach) to the town of Lacaya where all of the action is. You should consider a cab ride to and from town at night (I suggest you ask for Queenie)...only ~$6. Theo is very easy to deal with and has a great setup. Go to Solomon's for a few groceries, but bring snacks from home if you can. Groceries are EXPENSIVE. Queenie will also take you to the grocery store. Theo has all the things you need if you want to cook are there are great places to eat in town. One of our favorites was Agave Latin Fusion. Breeze Café is also a great place for lunch. If you are headed to Freeport, Grand Bahamas this is the place to stay.

This was a short, beautiful 15-20 minute walk. We had great 2 for 1 Bahama Mamas. Took a short $10 ride back to Coral Beach and had a wonderful dinner there. The rest of our time there, we spent time in the pool,ocean,snorkled at the jetty ....which is within walking distance and well worth it. We checked out several local restaurants and were very pleased with the food and service. We attended the local fish fry on Wednesday evening which is alot of fun! We also went to the local brewery, rented a car and drove to the west end of the island and then to the east end of the island. It was amazing! As far as the property goes, the mgr for the condo came by the next morning. She was friendly,professional and very helpful. This property is definitely a slice of paradise and highly recommend it. Can't waIt until we can go back!

A great location!!

My husband and 7 month old daughter spent a week here and we absolutely loved it. We were met at the front lobby by the property manager, where she then brought us to our unit and answered any questions we had. The condo was said to be recently renovated, and it definitely was! It was decorated really nicely and has a really beachy feel, which we loved! The full kitchen had everything we needed!

The property has a pool on site, which was really nice, and a private beach, which was stunning. This location is definitely a hidden gem. It is a reasonable walk to Port Lucaya, but was a bit trickier with a stroller, as there is no sidewalks. Renting a car would be a good idea (which we were informed we could do by the owner of this property). We just chose not to because we did't have a car seat for our daughter. It would definitely save on the cabs though, as getting to and from the grocery store was $30.

The staff and the other tenants were extremely friendly as well. They made our stay quite enjoyable.

It is a quiet area, which is what we were looking for. If you're looking to party and be noisy, this might not be the place for you.

Prior to arrival, the owner of this condo sent us information about what restaurants were good, how much cabs tend to run etc.. this was all extremely helpful. Theo was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a quiet getaway, with an amazing beach.
