This very comfortable 2 bedroom apt, half duplex has everything you need to feel at home. It includes all utilities, Direct TV, and Wifi and is fully furnished with all bedding and towels as well as fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer.

It has its own off street parking, and separate entrance. It is located down a quiet tree-lined side street next to a wonderful neighborhood coffee shop and a great little health center with gardens. It is in a great community where folks recognize one another and say, "hi."

About Charey K Fox and Rich Bowditch

We opened a wellness and community center called 'The Source' in 2006, with a neighborhood coffee shop/roaster on the property . Loving our neighborhood we acquired the residential homes next door, and have enjoyed hosting numerous vacationers and traveling professionals needing a great place to stay while here in Albuquerque, as well as fostering a wonderful neighborhood and gathering spot for classes in yoga, meditation, workshops and events, including a community garden. There is a wonderful collective of healing professionals working right next door. This has built an idyllic neighborhood environment with plenty of smiling faces.

We pride ourselves on providing great value, with affordable, safe, and cozy accommodations. Quite a few of our guests, have returned yearly, and many have extended their stays longer than they originally intended. In the nearly 7 years we have

been offering living spaces for rent it has become a destination of its own because of the established neighborhood resource right next door with coffee shop, garden, ponds, and "good vibes".

It is located in our favorite part of Albuquerque, in an older established 1950's neighborhood, close to great Restaurants, and shops in Nob Hill, University area , Route 66, and Ridgecrest.

The Duplex just has a good feel, in a nice middle class friendly neighborhood, centrally located to all of Albuquerque. For those traveling on business, we are A hop skip and a jump from Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque Movie Studios, and very close commute to 3 different hospitals.

What makes this apartment unique

The apt is located next door to 'The Source'… our wonderful wellness and community center with attached neighborhood coffee shop/roaster, offering a very pleasing environment with its outdoor courtyards and community garden areas to relax and enjoy, as well as our two meeting spaces offering numerous yoga classes, workshops, and events to join in.

Attractive, clean, very comfortable, safe and quiet, hidden treasure.

My family and I couldn't believe the hidden treasure this place offered. We stayed for over 8 months on my husband's military training assignment.

The yard was perfect for our outside grilling and our 2 dogs with a large shade tree and established purple wisteria. The landlords were on any issue that arose right away.

Right next door we had access to a garden and a pond, with turtles that our girls liked to keep tabs on and a great coffee shop for our early mornings. We were tucked away, surprised by the privacy and felt safe and happy.

Sad to leave. Felt like home.

We highly recommend.

Five Stars!

My husband got a travel nurse contract at the UNM hospital and we needed a place to stay for a few months without having to sign a longer lease. Not only is the location safe and pleasant, but also the actual house is quite nice -- inside and outside. It's right next to a coffee shop, yoga studio and other natural health venues if you're into that. And there's a park down the street for kids, dog walkers and fun-havers. Excellent neighborhood -- everyone is friendly.

The house itself is well furnished and stocked with kitchen supplies. We brought our own stuff just in case but didn't end up needing to use it. The other half of the house is also rented out, but the walls are well insulated so we rarely ever heard anyone back there except the occasional dog bark. The front yard was perfect for our toddler and dog; they both enjoyed playing in the fenced-in area.

The house is within biking distance from the grocery store, co-op and other restaurants, breweries and venues in Nob Hill. You could easily get around the area without a car. That said, it's also very accessible to either interstate.

Charey and Rich are awesome to work with. The renting process was easy and stress-free. We'll be looking into coming back here if we make our way back to Albuquerque in the future.

Excellent Summer Home in Albuquerque for Short or Long Term Stay

This summer I had a 3 month internship in Albuquerque, NM and needed a long term place to stay. This home was an ideal housing option for the summer as it was in a nice neighborhood right next to a bus stop, and a coffee shop. It was also within walking distance to a park and the Nob Hill area where there are plenty of cool shops, restaurants, bars, and even some breweries. The inside of the home was up to date and very clean and comfortable. Everything was available upon arrival, from a full kitchen to a furnished living room and bedrooms. There was even a standard capacity washer and dryer for laundry. The landlords were all very nice and accommodating; always focused on making your stay the best it can be. Overall, an awesome summer stay and I would highly recommend this to the next visitor!

Perfect option for the summer

Comfortable, quiet, safe, reasonably priced

I really liked staying in this property and another similar nearby one operated by the same owners. It's an older house (part of a duplex) that's quiet, reasonably priced, comfortable, safe, and very convenient to the airport and to Kirtland. And the owners were very responsive and nice. For example, when I mentioned that a light bulb had burned out or the internet was down, they took care of it immediately. I returned to stay here or 4 or 5 successive visits, and plan to stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Great location

This location suited my needs perfectly. It was close to my work and the freeway access. There's a fantastic coffee shop right around the corner, and the neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The property managers are very easy to work with and very nice.
