About Tara Little
We met in Texas 26 years ago, moved to Central Oregon 10 years ago. The farm has been our dream since the beginning. Although we never have lived there, it has been our home away from home. We live down the road. Families and friends who stayed, never wanted to leave and left with inspiration, peace and really good memories! We wanted to share the special experience.
Tara Little purchased this House in 2007
Why Tara Little chose Terrebonne
We love Terrebonne. It is just close enough to the cities for fun and convenience, yet far enough from the crowds for adventure or retreat. We are available 24/7 for maintenance or suggestions. Deschutes Certificate of Authority #1207
What makes this House unique
The farm has horses and many different types of trees with a lawn surrounding the house. It's great for groups, families, reunions, couples and many others who want to capture the Central Oregon experience. The inside of the home is cozy and understated, urging one to relax, celebrate or plan excursions.

Nice place. Clean, spacious and close to everything.
Had a great stay!! Recommend to anyone that is touring the area. Centrally located and easy jumping off point to Smith Rock, Painted Hills and other local attractions.
Quiet and clean
Thank you for the kind review . We strive to make the farm a perfect place to relax, enjoy and explore. It sounds like you all did just that !
Clean, Cool & Affordable! Great for Kids
This place was a BIG HIT for our 4 boys. They couldn't wait to get back to the house to play air hockey and pool, which occupied them during the very hot afternoons. There were also tons of dolls/toys for our daughter. Central air worked wonderfully and we were thankful when returning from our morning adventures! Tara was quick to accomodate when I messaged her. The house was clean and spacious. The shady deck was great for breakfast in the cool mornings. Also, this house is in a great location & central to all we did. We found swimming holes, mountain bike paths & hiking at Smith Rock all close by, which saved alot of precious family vacation time. As we drove away at least 3 kids in the car said, "We gotta go there again mom." The only thing I'd change is the time of year we visited. We'd come back when it's not so hot!
Comfortable, quite, peaceful and roomy.
View is amazing, very peaceful, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on both decks and talking. Home was close to everything we needed. Could use a few fixes in the Master bathroom. Overall though we enjoyed ourselves and would come again.
This was a great stay and family reunion for the kids to oldest adult of 88 years.
The place was very comfortable, the views were stunning, and the space was perfect for our large group. And all questions were answered quickly. Thank you!
Loved the property, great place to stay in central Oregon!
This was a great comfortable house with plenty of space for everyone. My kid loved the pool table and air hockey table, which were a plus to entertain him. The house was fully stocked for a comfortable stay, and it was fun being able to observe a working hay farm (even though they were not cutting or raking or baling at the time). Highly recommend this space if you're looking for a place to stay in central Oregon!
Quiet and Comfy
Our family of 9 was very comfortable in this light, airy, and spacious home in which we could stretch out in. Coming from the Coast, we were so refreshed being around the farmland with a perfect beautiful mountain view! The house was clean with plenty of sleeping room, and extra linens, and thick, cushy carpet. The towels are thick and the sheets and beds are clean and comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped. The air hockey and pool tables were our central fun while inside. Not having a tv screen in the living area was so refreshing! Outside we enjoyed both huge, front and back decks with plenty of seating, as well as relaxing in the luscious, green yard. Location is ideal for the Redmond/Bend/Sisters sightseeing and activity that we enjoyed. The farmhouse is easy to locate, suitable to bike riding, and just across the highway from Smith Rock-a must see-along with Tumalo Falls and the Desert Museum. Tara was quick to respond to my questions and very welcoming and accommodating. If we visit again, we will consider returning to the Farm!
