Fantastic location, great owners!
Steve and Terry couldn't possibly be any nicer! They were incredibly accomodating, friendly and overall, just a pleasure to deal with! This location is sensational, with so much within walking distance. The area is beautiful and very quiet, with lots of shopping and nightlife nearby. We enjoyed walking to Clematis Street for shopping, with a stop at Bradley's along the way! If you enjoy peace and quiet, with fabulous shopping and nightlife within walking distance, and beautiful beaches very nearby, you will not be dissapointed!

This place is amazing for so many reasons. First, the location is perfect, very close to Clematis St. and City Place (amazing bars, restaurants and shops) and also very close to beautiful beaches. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed being so close to the water during the day and close to bars and restaurants at night. The perfect combination. The apartment is cozy, clean and lets in a lot of natural light during the day. We had the added bonus of having a washer and dryer in the actual apartment, which is a big plus for me. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen which makes you feel at home and comes in very handy when you start missing home made meals during your vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and we felt safe the whole time there. Most important of all, Steven and Terry made us feel right at home, they were lovely with us, helping us with our vacation itinerary, sending us emails of the current happenings in West Palm and always extremely responsive with anything we asked. Amazing hosts but always giving us our privacy. My boyfriend and I have tried several VRBOs (or similar) and this is by far the best experience we've had. Thank you to both Steven and Terry for making this place home away from home for us. If you are still looking for a place to stay in West Palm Beach and are still unsure, let me make it easier for you, look no further.
Owners are great people. Place is exactly what I wanted.
This place was the perfect garage apartment for the summer. The kitchen is bigger than I expected. The two best things IMO were that the air conditioning was central air and worked beautifully and the water pressure for showers was awesome. Steve and Terry were really great landlords and just super nice people.
For full disclosure... I would give it 5 stars if my car had fared better. One night, it was egged. The next night, it was broken into and items were stolen from the glovebox. Steve was nice enough to let me keep my car in the driveway while I waited for the glass and bodywork repair appointment.
All in all a great place, except for the car issue.
Great Place to stay in West Palm Beach!
I have stayed in several places in West Palm Beach and this is definitely the best. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The hosts are attentive, responsive (and even got new dishes for the apartment when I suggested an upgrade). I liked the location - on the intercoastal in a quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown. I made the ten to fifteen minute walk into town practically every day. I didn't use the private pool, but is available just steps from the apartment.
Perfect vacation in WPB
We had the chance to spend a wonderful vacation during the whole month of March in a beautiful apartment in West Palm Beach. This was largely due to the kindness of our hosts, Terry and Steven, who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. They were very responsive to any need that we may have expressed. Also, they sent us on a regular basis information concerning upcoming events in WPB. Regarding the apartment, in a word, it is perfect, full of light with windows circling all the walls. The air conditioning is very efficient and the guests can enjoy a large swimming pool in the middle of a wooded environment. It is located within walking distance of Clematis Street and the Tourism Bureau and close to many activities and restaurants in dowtown WPB. To sum it up, we could not have found a better place for our vacation so much so that we have already reserved the apartment for next year.
