This very comfortable, newly remodeled and designer furnished unit in great community has it all. Quiet, great location, roomy and perfect for a 3 day shopping spree, a week stay to explore the trails, or a month visit to help a loved one recover from illness. Ground floor for easy access. Located only minutes from Mesa Mall or downtown shopping, within .5 mile of medical, and several restaurants within walking distance. This place makes a great basecamp for your next adventure. Also centrally located for all the trails for those coming to bike or hike Tabeguache, Fruita, Palisade, 18 road, rabbit valley and the Mesa. Ask us more - we know the area well and the trails even better.

We are happy to rent for 1-3 month stays as well, please contact us for more information (there is no tax for stays 30 days or longer).

About Nattana Johnson

Shad and I started vacation rentals 5 years ago in Grand Junction, we have added one each year and really enjoy the process of finding properties, remodeling and furnishing them so they are each special and luxurious and mostly just interacting with all the guests. We have young kids and know the area well, especially the trails and outdoor recreation opportunities and love to help people find the perfect things to do when here. We have made so many friends in the process and look forward to meeting more people.

We love the community and have another Lakeside condo that we rent out, it has been so well received we thought we would do another. We gutted and remodeled the entire condo and think it is one of the nicest places someone could rent. (we want to stay there)

Clean. Well stocked. Convenient.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. All necessities were in the apartment. Unfortunately, for a woman In menopause, the lack of air conditioning was tough. The location is very convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, and easy access to I70.

Cute but needs work

We reserved the condo for 4 nights but could only stay for 2 because of the mold and mildew in the bathroom and other issues. The owner knew I was having a hip replacement but didn't think the access would be problem. We did not expect ADA type access but the stairs and tiny bathroom would be very difficult for someone using a walker.

On the positive side the location was very convenient to the hospital. The remodel is tasteful and cute. The beds are very comfy. "Garden Level" is a bit misleading as the condo is about 4 feet below grade, hence the stairs.

The owner was responsive but for piece of mind and safety, we decided to get a hotel room.

Comfortable, clean and great location!

We stayed here for three nights and couldn't have been happier! The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, too. We were 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores, good restaurants and the general downtown area, but the actual neighborhood was very quiet.

What's not too like about this property ! In the middle of everything and very well equipped with what ever you might need loved the master bedroom . I will definitely rent again when I visit .

Cute Condo in Quiet Complex

We stayed the week of Christmas with two little ones. I felt that the complex was nice and quiet, especially since the unit is on the ground floor. It was really handy to have the covered parking spot just outside of the sliding door when it came time to load and unload; but do realize that the patio is sunken so it's a but of a hop up or down. The spot was really pretty big too, I put my Silverado in with no problems. Working with Nattana was easy, and she was very helpful with everything. We didn't get much chance to fish the small pond across the street as it was frozen over, but we did enjoy the walking / running trail around it. I felt like the kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. I could tell the unit was remodeled but the layout worked well for us, with the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the unit (front to back). We could still hear the kids with the doors open but I imagine there is ample privacy with the doors closed. Depending on vacation schedules next year I will seriously consider this unit or the other properties Nattana has listed for another vacation.

Rates are subject to change unless reservation is confirmed. No refund upon cancellation unless we are able to re-rent the condo. The $40 pet fee is non-refundable. Security Deposit is typically refunded in 3-7 days as long as no damage/missing items or excessive cleaning was needed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
