“Nashville Beach House” is located in the PRIVATE GATED community of Village Walk on the popular 11th Street area in Port Aransas, TX.
This home is designed for SOCIALIZING and ENTERTAINMENT with the OPEN FLOOR PLAN of the Kitchen, Living and Dining Room and a half bath off of the Kitchen on the first floor.
Whether you’re cooking on the OUTDOOR GRILLE downstairs, hanging out in the spacious and open Kitchen/Living/Dining area or up on the 2ND FLOOR TERRACE, you can listen to your favorite tunes through the BUILT-IN SOUND SYSTEM or choose a book to read in the cool breeze. Once social hours are over, retire to one of the many Bedrooms for a some Privacy and Relaxation.
The 1ST MASTER bedroom is DOWNSTAIRS and is complete with a KING BED, FLAT SCREEN TV, closet and full bathroom with shower and dual vanities.
The 2ND MASTER bedroom is upstairs and hosts a QUEEN bed and a bunk bed with a Full on bottom and a Twin on top, FLAT SCREEN TV, closet and Full Bathroom with GARDEN TUB/shower and dual vanities. The 3rd Bedroom is upstairs and has a QUEEN bed, Flat Screen TV, closet and Full Bathroom with shower. Continue traveling down the hallway and you will enter the 2ND FLOOR STUDIO-LIVING AREA which has a fold out couch, pack n play for small children, closet, flat screen TV and Kitchenette complete with sink, microwave, under counter refrigerator, dishes, utensils and COFFEE MAKER. This area CAN BECOME PRIVATE by closing the door to the main hallway.
The 4TH BEDROOM is upstairs and hosts a queen bed and flat screen TV. The final full bathroom has a tub/shower and can be PRIVATELY ACCESSED FROM the 4TH bedroom or through the second floor living area. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top and is located just off the second floor living area.
A SEPARATE OUTDOOR STAIRCASE provides guests upstairs with private access to the ground floor or the main hallway upstairs joins you all together.
Other amenities include a front loading WASHER & DRYER located downstairs, garage, private driveway, additional parking in front, DVD players, STEREO SYSTEM WITH iPod COMPATIBILITY, 50” flat screen TV in the downstairs living area, large dining room table and children's table, bar-stool seating at the kitchen bar, WIRELESS INTERNET and a well-appointed kitchen with all the comforts of home and more!

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) VW90 provides 2 garage and 2 driveway parking spaces for 4 medium sized vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Starkey Properties. All tags must be returned to Starkey Properties upon checkout.
$25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW90. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
VW90 provides ample parking for 14 guests, properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your arrival.
