Private gated community that requires a code to enter. “NASHville Beach House”-Located in the sought after, gated community of Village Walk on popular 11th Street in Port Aransas, Texas is the NASHville Beach House.

After enjoying the sands of the beach, come back to the house and rinse off under the outdoor shower, then stroll across the street to the community pool. The coastal breeze at sunset will invite you to the spacious upstairs terrace that overlooks the beautifully landscaped boulevard into the community and a partial view of the gulf, but don't forget to grab your favorite beverage from the vintage fridge before heading upstairs.

The home is designed for socializing and entertainment with the open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining room and a half bath off of the kitchen on the first floor. Whether you’re cooking on the outdoor grille downstairs, hanging out in the spacious and open kitchen/living/dining area or up on the 2nd floor terrace, you can listen to your favorite tunes through the built-in sound system. Once social hours are over, retire to one of the bedrooms for a little privacy and relaxation.

Downstairs

The first master bedroom is downstairs and is complete with a king bed, flat screen tv, closet and full bathroom with shower and dual vanities.

The second master bedroom is upstairs and hosts a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top, flat screen tv, closet and full bathroom with garden tub/shower and dual vanities. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, flat screen tv, closet and full bathroom with shower. Continue traveling down the hallway and you will enter the second floor Studio-living area which has a fold out couch, closet, flat screen tv and kitchenette complete with sink, microwave, under counter refrigerator, dishes, utensils and coffee maker. This area can become private by closing the door to the main hallway.

The fourth bedroom is upstairs and hosts a queen bed and flat screen tv.

The final full bathroom has a tub/shower and can be privately accessed from the fourth bedroom or through the second floor living area. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top and is located just off the second floor living area.

A separate outdoor staircase provides guests upstairs with optional and private access to the ground floor or the main hallway upstairs joins you all together.

Other amenities include a front loading washer and dryer located downstairs, garage, private driveway, additional parking in front, dvd players, stereo system with iPod compatibility, 50” flat screen tv in the downstairs living area, large dining room table, bar-stool seating at the kitchen bar, wireless internet and a well appointed kitchen with all the comforts of home.

3 night minimum on holidays.

Parking for 5 Vehicles Parking: all vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway of each unit. All additional vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas along the street with curbs, sidewalks and palm trees.

* NO parking in street areas designated NO PARKING. * NO parking in other homes driveways or in pool parking driveways.* NO parking in empty lots (grass or sand areas) or on sidewalks. * NO Boat, Personal Watercraft, RV, Bus or Trailer parking ANYWHERE (except in closed garages). * Only approved vehicles may be parked on-site. Violators are subject to having their vehicle/boat, etc. towed at their expense.

This July 2016 we rented VW-90 rental at Port Aransas. For 4 years we have enjoyed the yearly service which Starkey Properties has provided. This year was no exception. The location of this condo was near downtown Port A, the beach was quickly and easily accessible. Our family has enjoyed our coastal vacation each year. We have not experienced any renting problems at all. Anytime we call Starkey Prop, they have answered our questions quickly and professionally. We highly recommend summer vacationers use this company. Very reputable! We will most likely contact them for 2017's family summer rental getaway!

Nashville beach house

The house was awesome for a large party. Everyone had their own space and when gathering together for dinner and cooking the living /kitchen area is very large and accommodating. no dressers in the rooms to put cloths in but that was not a big deal for a long weekend stay. No gas grill but there was a charcoal grill there to utilize. The house is not on the beach but very short drive and not a bad walk either if you are comfortable walking about a mile/ to mile 1/2. You can drive on the beach so driving is very helpful to carry everything.

I come to Port A with my family of 12 every summer. We usually stay at a house in this neighborhood. This house was just okay. I would recommend that if you decided to stay here, you bring your own cookware. The kitchen is not well stocked and the items that are there are worn out. The pans are scraped and we could only find one pot. The house is also very hot. The sun comes blaring in through the windows above the TV around 4:00 and shines until dusk. There are no window coverings to block the sun so all through dinner, we were squinting. The refrigerator was not working properly during our stay. Our ice cream totally melted and our mild was not cold. There are also NO DRESSERS in any of the bedrooms. This means that my husband and I had our suitcases open on the floor during our entire visit. It would have been nice to have a place for our folded clothes. There are several other options in this neighborhood that offer more amenities.

We loved this house as it had plenty of space for our big group. The bedrooms were spaced out well and we loved the huge dining room table. Only complaint we had was the fridge/freezer did not get cold or freeze any of the food/ice we had which made us have to store our food in the coolers we brought.
