Beautiful home. Lots of room for our family . Easy ascess to downtown.
Kids loved swimming in the clubhouse pool.
Perfect Family Vacation Spot
This home was perfect for our group of 10 and the location cannot be beat. We had plenty of room for everyone, everything and space to spread out when needed. We walked into town, enjoyed the pool daily and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.
We had two young families with a total of 5 kids and 4 adults. The big kids loved being able to share the bunk room and there was plenty of room for the adults. We could have fit twice as many people in beds! The layout was very nice too, where the sleeping areas were separate from the common areas, so you don't disturb each other. The pool area was one of the nicest we've seen, everything was very well maintained. We will definitely consider staying here again!
Great location, lots of room
This house was good with one exception. The mattresses in the two bedrooms on the main floor were very hard and uncomfortable, need some new pillow top mattresses. We had everything and more than we needed for cooking. We appreciated all of the extras; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry soap. The hot tub and pool were just a short walk away and the hot tubs were large. It is very close to Wal Mart and several restaurants and it is right between Copper Mountain and Keystone. We were able to park one car in the garage, one in the drive and one on the street. The extra living area downstairs was nice for the family with kids to get away from everyone else. We really enjoyed the fireplace after a cold day of skiing. We had a few mechanical issues with some of the shower doors and the dishwasher but I'm sure they can be easily fixed. I would stay here again, especially if the mattresses were changed out.
Great house for lots of people
Comfortable for 12 people, had everything we needed
great family weekend
Great place for large groups. Plenty of dishes and cookware to handle simple meals or gourmet dinners. Close to shopping, grocery store, fishing, hiking and ski areas. The cute gurgling brook off the patio makes a wonderful place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Thank you to the Pollard family for sharing their home with us.
