Great Home

  • 5 of 5

We had two young families with a total of 5 kids and 4 adults. The big kids loved being able to share the bunk room and there was plenty of room for the adults. We could have fit twice as many people in beds! The layout was very nice too, where the sleeping areas were separate from the common areas, so you don't disturb each other. The pool area was one of the nicest we've seen, everything was very well maintained. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great location, lots of room

  • 4 of 5

This house was good with one exception. The mattresses in the two bedrooms on the main floor were very hard and uncomfortable, need some new pillow top mattresses. We had everything and more than we needed for cooking. We appreciated all of the extras; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry soap. The hot tub and pool were just a short walk away and the hot tubs were large. It is very close to Wal Mart and several restaurants and it is right between Copper Mountain and Keystone. We were able to park one car in the garage, one in the drive and one on the street. The extra living area downstairs was nice for the family with kids to get away from everyone else. We really enjoyed the fireplace after a cold day of skiing. We had a few mechanical issues with some of the shower doors and the dishwasher but I'm sure they can be easily fixed. I would stay here again, especially if the mattresses were changed out.

Purcell, Ok

great family weekend

  • 5 of 5

Great place for large groups. Plenty of dishes and cookware to handle simple meals or gourmet dinners. Close to shopping, grocery store, fishing, hiking and ski areas. The cute gurgling brook off the patio makes a wonderful place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Thank you to the Pollard family for sharing their home with us.

Fantastic home in Frisco

  • 5 of 5

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful townhome in Frisco. The house was very spacious for the three of us (it can accommodate many, many more!), and was spotless and well equipped. I particularly liked retreating to the downstairs "Nebraska room" where I set up my laptop and spent some time on unavoidable work demands. Kevin was very responsive to our questions and was a gracious host. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet within easy walking distance to downtown Frisco and trails to Rainbow Lake and the Frisco-Breckenridge bike path (on one of my sunrise strolls on a local street en route to the hiking trail, I came face to face with a moose). Highly recommended, without qualification.

House needs updating

  • 3 of 5

Was disappointed in how the house needs updated with better quality furniture, replacement of stained carpets, bath fixtures, etc. Couldn't tell much from pictures we saw beforehand. Most of chairs on the deck were broken. Bags of trash left in garage and used coffee grounds in machine when we arrived. Space was good for our family and loved the stream in the back yard. Location is good and clubhouse was great. The house, furniture, and bedding just wasn't as nice as others we've rented.
