This Brand New Designer-Appointed 2 bed, 3 bath, PLUS rooftop deck, with unobstructed views of downtown and Broncos Stadium is centrally located near downtown (3 mins/15 min walk), LoHI & Highlands (5 mins), Sloans Lake (5 mins), and is adjacent to Mile High Stadium and Jefferson Park.

Location:

The home is located less than a block from Jefferson Park, our most favorite park in all of Denver, in a quaint neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.

Guest Access:

Access is on the ground level. This property is NOT wheelchair accessible due to the 3 flights of stairs. There is a 2 car attached garage for guests on the ground level. The living room, kitchen and powder room are on the 2nd level. The sofa pulls out into a Queen Bed (linens provided). The Master Bedroom (King Bed) and Bathroom, Laundry, and 2nd Bedroom (Queen Bed) and Bath are located on the 3rd level. The rooftop deck is located on the 4th level, and features a stylish and comfortable sectional sofa overlooking the downtown skyline, Broncos Stadium and Jefferson Park.

The Neighborhood:

Jefferson Park, centrally located between Highlands, LoHi, and Sloans Lake is an eclectic mix of architecture ranging from turn of the century victorians, mid century classic bungalows to uber modern 4 story homes and town homes. It's a wonderful central location close to Downtown, LoHi, Highlands, and Sloans Lake.

Getting around:

Getting around is easy via the RTD bus and Fastracks Light Rail. There is an RTD Bus stop at Federal and 20th, which travels north bound to 38th Ave (Highlands). You can then transfer to the route along 38th Ave to travel East into Downtown. There is another route along W 23rd Ave that travels directly into downtown (the 28 line).

Other Things to Note:

Front Loading High Efficiency Washer and Dryer are available for guests on the 3rd level next to the master and 2nd bedroom.

Audio/Video:

The home has speakers situated throughout the home and are controlled via Bluetooth, with access to Spotify, Pandora, or iPod/iPhone. Speakers are also located in the master bedroom and bathroom. Guests can watch movies via Netflix.

Why Cheryl chose Jefferson Park

I have had my eye on the Jefferson Park neighborhood for years, because of my love (and my dog's) for the park, it's proximity to downtown, the eclectic mix of architecture, and the views.

What makes this townhome unique

The unobstructed views of downtown from the master bedroom and rooftop deck are what sold me on this property. They're pretty spectacular.

Our host Cheryl made me feel comfortable with her speedy response to both my rental inquiry and local restaurant recommendations. Her home is exactly as she and her photos describe. Everything was modern, in perfect condition and pleasingly decorated with the comfort of her guests in mind.

The neighborhood is quiet, with a fabulous view of downtown Denver. If attending games at the Mile High stadium, you could walk to the gate. We were within easy driving distance of Downtown, Larimer St, LoDo, the Highlands, and Cherry Creek...and all their fabulous restaurants and shopping.

Cheryl let us know she was available if any issue came up and followed up our stay with a text and email of thanks. I recommend Cheryl's RENTAL in Denver without reservation!

Came to the area for a Rockies vs. Giants weekend trip - We had an great time at this property - anyone looking for a place to stay near the Broncos Stadium, this is it! You can walk to the stadium. Great customer service with the owner.

Perfect Fit

This was our second stay & we plan to book again next year. The location is centrally located and very convenient for travelling around Denver. We enjoy the crisp & clean layout of the home. It is very comfortable & relaxing. We are looking forward to our next stay !

Beautiful condo!

The condo is beautiful and very well kept. It's modern and well-decorated. The master suite was very spacious. It was a great area for us because it was by the aquarium, Children's museum, and a really nice park. It's not in downtown though and not many restaurants nearby.

Modern home nearby LoDo

This modern home has everything you nead for a stay in the city. It was nearby LoDo en broncos stadium. The terras on de roof gives you a beautiful view over Denver. The garage keeps the car cool( it was hot when we visit Denver).
