The entire apartment is yours to enjoy and treat as your own - including access to our two allocated parking spaces which are under cover and are by security controlled access. This will all be shown when we welcome you. We will be at the apartment to welcome you at the start of your stay and to show you around and explain briefly how things work. We are only a phone call away if you have any queries or problems. Do please let us know if there is something you are unsure about, we really want you to enjoy your stay. This is not a party apartment so please respect our belongings and our neighbours - that said you are free to enjoy yourself! ;)) All bed linen and towels are provided. We also provide a welcome pack with milk, bread, eggs, bacon, orange juice, breakfast cereals, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. Strictly no smoking within the property. We are non smokers and always have been so would appreciate this to be observed. The apartment has recently undergone significant refurbishment and we ask that you please take care so that all guests can benefit from the property at its highest possible standard. We appreciate that accidents do happen and to allow us to replace that odd broken glass etc please tell us if something has been broken / damaged so that when the property is set up for the next occupiers we can replace it. By booking our apartment, the holidaymaker and their party agree to the following terms and conditions of let: 1. Bookings are from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of departure or on the days/dates agreed by confirmation email, but always from 2.00pm on date of arrival until 11.00am on date of departure. 2. No persons other than those set out in the Booking shall be permitted to occupy the holiday home. 3. To leave the apartment at the end of their stay in a clean and tidy condition. 4. To notify the owners of any breakages or losses and reimburse the owner for such breakages, damages or losses as stipulated. Any soaked or damaged mattresses to be replaced by the holidaymaker. 5. Our apartment is a no smoking environment. No smoking is permitted in the premises. 6. We also require a £350 security/damages/cleaning deposit. This will be taken/held by the booking agency according to their guidelines. This will be fully refunded by them within 1 week of the end of the rental, subject to the property being left in a clean undamaged and secure condition. 7. To use the house solely for its purpose as holiday accommodation. 8. To absolve the owners, employees or any members of staff of any responsibility for accident, illness, injury or losses sustained while on the holiday property, howsoever caused. 9. Payment will be handled by the booking agency using their payment system, at time of confirmation of booking. We use a "strict" cacellation policy, please make sure you are aware of this policy via the booking agents web site.. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. In the event, due to unforeseen circumstances, that the holiday home is not available at the time of occupation, the owners shall only be liable to refund the holiday tenant the monies received at the date. Liability shall not in any circumstances exceed this refund. 10. The property owner shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.

Great Host, Great Property, Great Location!
The apartment was great. Very clean and modern with indoor parking and a great view of the River Clyde! We walked everywhere from the apartment during our 2 night stay, to Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow Cathedral, City Chambers and several pubs and restaurants. We never moved our car during our stay. Mel was an amazing host, both before our trip and during our check-in! 5 stars to Mel and his property!
This is the second time of renting this apartment and we will book again.

Stylish condo in a great area
Mel was fantastic. Greeted us upon arrival gave us the keys and provided some suggestions for where to go and what to see. Perfectly situated between city center and west end. A fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Glasgow.
Fantastic views of the river
We had a wonderful time in this lovely penthouse. Mel greeted us and showed us around; everything you needed and more. There was even breakfast and coffee for the next morning. The conference centre was within easy walking distance and there were some really great restaurants nearby.

We--two couples--very much enjoyed our stay. Mel was a wonderful host. We very much appreciated his personal orientation, including a bit oh history about the building. The unit is tastefully appointed, well-provisioned, and felt very comfortable. The view of the river ìs great.
Very nice, large flat
Our family of four enjoyed the fully equipped, modern flat that had everything we needed. The flat is on two levels and each BR had a bath. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast provided by the owners including eggs, bacon, bread, etc. and a coffee machine that ground the beans for a fresh cup. Internet, cable TV, washing machine are some of the amenities. The only thing we couldn't find were bed pillows in the guest BR. Fifteen minute walk to town and in a quiet building along the river and the Hop on Hop Off bus stop is nearby. Had a great Indian dinner just down the block at India Quay. Owner met us when we arrived and showed us around the flat. Highly recommend.
Ideally located for the SECC, the Hydro, Armadillo, BBC Studios, STV Studios - all an easy 10 minute walk away. In addition, the heart of Glasgow City Centre is a leisurely 15 minute walk along the paved riverside walkway.
There is also a local shop opposite the apartment complex for provisions (we provide a welcome pack for your arrival and the apartment is stocked with tea/coffee, cooking condiments etc). There is also a cash machine outside the shop.
