Welcome to Vista La Sal. Our get-away offers you a place to rest and relax during your adventure in Moab. Rim Vistas townhomes were named for the outstanding views of the Moab Rim. Our corner unit 'Vista La Sal' has SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the majestic La Sal Mountains with Moab's stunning red rock in the foreground from most every room in the condo. You'll love to watch as the sun paints the scenery a thousand colors from the comfort of colorful and well decorated spaes.

Our 1560 square-foot vacation home is equipped with everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Amenities include a full-kitchen and dinning accommodations for eight. The living room has two over-sized windows with commanding views of the La Sal Mountains, vaulted-ceilings, and a gas fireplace. The entertainment center has a 42' LCD flat screen TV with basic cable service, surround-sound stereo with iPod/iPhone docking station and 5-disc CD/DVD/player. The patio has comfortable seating for six an da deluxe gas rill to enjoy the phenomenal views of the setting sun on the LaSals. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and private bath. A half bath and laundry facilities complete the main floor.

Upstairs, a loft above the dining room features a TV and DVD and is the perfect place for napping on the sofa sleeper or enjoying the georgous view of the Moab Rim. A full bath and two bedrooms upstairs will accommodate you in either a queen size bed or a queen and twin in the other.

The enclosed two-car GARAGE provides you with a secure place to store and work on your toys. Additional off-street parking is nearby. Our townhome is located a short drive (5 minutes)south of downtown Moab.

The pool-hot-tub are across the cup-de-sac of our home. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in our home or garage.

Doc (Richard) and Anna Lee love Moab because we get to visit our most adorable grandsons that live in Moab. We love the variety of activities surrounding this unique community. Our favorite activities are golfing & 4 wheeling but there is so much more to offer to visitors. Golfing surrounded by majestic red rocks & views of the Rim & La Sal Mountain make for a great round.

Our newly acquired property was purchased because of our love for Moab. We have family in the area and have grown to love the beauty of the mountains and activities available for all skill levels for hiking, biking, 4 wheeling, water rafting and especially the golfing. Moab is a unique melting pot in Utah; we love that all walks of life converge on this small town to enjoy the electric mix of people and its incredible beauty.

What makes this townhome unique

After a day on the trails or whatever your activities, there is a fabulous patio that provides gorgeous views of the La Sal Mtns. and the Moab Rim while preparing a meal from the large gas grill. The attached 2-car garage is an added benefit so you can work on bikes, jeeps, 4 wheelers for the next day! The pool is beautiful and again, you have the same great views. The loft area is really nice when children are present because they can play games, watch TV upstairs and give the parents some quiet time.

Very clean and comfortable

Very clean Quick drive to Moab downtown and Arches

Had coffee pot and filters along with sugar for morning coffee. We then went out and bought our own.

Had a full kitchen but we didn't use it.

Utilized the garage for our car. Very handy.

Great place. Perfect for our trip

Location was nice...quiet and away from town. Mt Bike trip, so garage became our bike storage and repair area, everything we needed for our stay. Thanks!! Parking can get a little tight during the busy times with everyone else looking for extra spots, so plan in advance. But overall a great place to stay.

Clean condo in a great location.

We loved our stay! The condo is clean, updated and in a beautiful and convenient location. It was well stocked with games, movies, spices and cooking supplies. We used the grill and pool toys that were provided. The master bedroom/bathroom is huge and very comfortable. We had 9 people stay (4 adults and 5 children) and we did not feel crowded at all. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. The only thing we didn't love was the size of the community pool. It was pretty small. However, that didn't stop us from enjoying it for 4 hours after a hot hike in Arches National Park. We would most definitely stay here again!

Nice home and subdivision. Everything was as listed. Just outside of Moab. Near Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse parks. Would return to this property again.
