3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths Ski Condo (Sleeps 6) - on golf course, walk to slopes

This is the ideal ski condo located on the Park City Golf Course (which becomes a cross country ski course in the winter that you can ski in/ski out to from the condo's back porch!) and a 5 minute walk next door to the slopes at the magnificent Park City Mountain Resort (at the Three Kings lift). Our condo is also conveniently located on Park City's free transportation bus route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

The unit sleeps 6 people plus a comfy couch through two bedrooms plus a loft with 2.5 bathrooms. There's wifi access, underground parking and on-site housekeeping available. The condo features a dining room, living room and kitchen area with a half bath, and private bedroom with full bath downstairs. Upstairs has one bedroom and an open loft bedroom. The upstairs bedroom and the loft bedroom share a bathroom. (1318 square feet). The bedding in Three Kings # 19 offers 1 queen bed in the downstairs bedroom; 2 twin beds in the second and 1 king bed in the loft bedroom.

A 2 minute walk away is also a community heated pool, hot tub and saunas, changing facilities with showers, a laundry room, media center with internet access and wireless internet.

This comfortable condo is great for families or couples and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable.

This is a family property that we rent out when we're not able to be there to enjoy it. Enjoy our home away from home - we love walking out the back door to the cross country ski course, a few steps up the street to the resort and across the street to the cabana for the hot tub!

Everything allright!

Our week at the apartment was very good. We didn't have any problem. The rooms, the heat, the kitchen, all work perfectly. The place is really close to the lifts and the surroundings are great. The place is very comfortable and everything you need is near by (shops, markets, pubs.). We all recommend this place.

Classic ski condo within easy walking of Park City Ski Resort

The property is in good condition and very quiet. The new carpet warms up the rooms. The flavor of the unit is definitely rustic but has been kept in excellent condition. Lots of unobstructed natural light looking out towards the golf course and the cross country ski track. It's a short walk to the ski resort. The HOA hot tub and pool are located one building over. The bus stop for the free PC bus system is steps away for a quick alternative for visiting the wonderful restaurants in Old Town PC. This is a nice unit with an excellent location.

Great location!

The condo is basic but comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay... from pots/utensils/bowls for breakfast to wifi/cable/hot tub for apres ski. The location can't be beat. It is mere moments from a shuttle stop that gets you to PCMR, Deer Valley, and Main Street. It is only a 5 minute walk to the First Time lift and PCMR. We were also able to easily walk to Main Street as well as shuttle there. My family and I had a great trip and enjoyed our stay here.

Lots of space, well appointed and clean, friendly staff, but the unit is showing it's age. Especially the drafty doors and windows. There is an ample supply of every kitchen utensil known to man with the exception of a spatula. No pizza pan either. Showers need to be timed accurately unless you enjoy a sudden blast of frigid water when the small hot water tank empties. Be careful not to step in the hole in the floor hidden beneath the new Berber carpet in the living room. These are older units, but for the price, you couldn't ask for a better location.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review Caitlin! Since we have so many renters in the winter it is wonderful to get some 'real-time' feedback as we don't always get to hear about missing kitchen items and unreported unit damage until the spring when we return to do an assessment! We will certainly replace the missing spatulas and add a pizza pan as soon as possible. As for the 'hole in the floor' I must say this has caught me by surprise! We are contacting our property management company today to find out what you're referring to and will fix any damage immediately. Thanks for staying! UPDATE March 10, 2015: Hi again Caitlin! You'll be happy to know the unit once again has 2 spatulas and the pizza pan will be delivered in April! If you stay with us again feel free to request basic things like that from the front desk - they can give you replacements on the spot for anything that may have 'disappeared' from the unit. As for the 'hole' you mention it appears to be more of a divet in the carpet caused by a shifted floor board and it will be repaired in mid-April. Thank you again for the feedback!
