Ski rental shop on ground floor (enjoy 20% discount with condo rental), Budget rental car on premise. Exactly as described; will be back!

When booking we couldn't find a better deal with such close proximity to the lifts. Made it easy to come in for lunch and avoid the on-mountain prices. 3 full bathrooms definitely gave us plenty of space with 6 adults. Very close to the main area to catch a bus to go into town for dinners. When it wasn't snowing we just walked the 10-15 minutes down the road. Elevator goes right from your car up around the corner to the unit's door making arrival/departure a snap.

A nice touch with plenty of TP, shampoo, and even slippers in the unit. I've rented many places and normally you don't find this!

Kathleen, the owner, was very great and checked in on us making sure everything was up to par. From the look of the unit and her great service it's very easy to tell how much she cared about our experience.

We will definitely consider staying again when returning to Park City and will refer the unit to friends/family as well!!

We enjoyed our recent stay. Great location, clean and recently remodeled unit with nice decor. Manager very responsive to some minor maintenance issues. Would stay there again!

Immaculate

This condo has been updated beautifully. The owner has thought of everything and it is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is well-cared for and very clean. Perfect location for skiing and enjoying Park City. It was a walkable distance in ski boots from the condo to pc mountain base and the bus stop for riding into town. We also enjoyed the easy 1 mile walk to town for dinner. It's quite a find and we hope to be able to come back.

The most awkward/uncomfortable experience with VRBO possible

I arrived at the property at the designated check-in time (4pm) only to find the previous tenants still there. It turns out the owner had given them permission to stay late despite the fact that I was due to arrive. Fortunately the previous guests were understanding and quickly packed their things. It was very awkward, though, walking in on them unexpectedly and having to politely ask them to leave. The housekeeping service was in a quandary, also, as they were not able to prepare the room until the other guests had left. The housekeeper did a great job turning things around in only 2 hours, but that was frustrating time spent standing in a hallway rather than settling into the unit I had paid for. I have used VRBO for years and previously have had great success. There are plenty of other places to stay when you visit Park City, save yourself the aggravation and don't stay here.

Owner's Response: Jason, I'm sorry you still felt this way after all I did to alleviate the mistake and deliver a fine bottle of wine for your trouble. Telling others to stay away is a bit much when you can see that I go out of my way to make my guests happy. Read the other reviews. Yours is an anomaly and one star is simply unfair. I did make the mistake in allowing the previous guest to stay later, if I can allow early arrivals and late departures when asked, I do. The guests had agreed to consolidate their things to one area and depart at a certain time, they did not do that and apparently there was a scramble. The housekeeper arrived at 1:30 with my manager to get a start on cleaning sheets etc and cleaning the kitchen. You arrived at exactly 4:00 which was your right. The cleaning was finished less than 2 hours later as they had already started well before your arrival but couldn't complete before your arrival There's no way a condo of that size can be cleaned In two hours.You went to do your grocery shopping rather than wait for the cleaning to finish which isn't what I want for my guests but not such a terrible hardship that you have to punish me with a one star review. You had to go to the grocery store anyway. I tried my best on a busy check in/check out day and it wasn't perfect. But my condo is a great one in a terrific location and even with your small problem, "the most awkward experience possible" (really?) it doesn't deserve a one star rating. I doubt there are many people who would respond to this situation with so much animosity.

Ski Holiday

Great Condo Unit. Very close to the Ski lifts. Nice clean unit and well stocked. Owner very nice. Ideal for a family trip. Highly recommend it. Just a couple of minor things, need a kettle, garbage bin and shower mat in front of shower in hallway washroom.

Owner's Response: Hi Imran, It was really nice having you and your family at the condo. Thanks for the 5 star review! I wanted to address a couple of items you mentioned. I do have a kettle but because I like a really clean look in the kitchen, its put away in a cabinet. Since your review I have moved it to a more convenient location so its easier to find. Also we have a grey bathmat in each of the three bathrooms and sometimes an extra white one under the sink. I don't know what may have happened but the cleaning crew has verified all are there now. Also the trash bin is under the sink in the kitchen and each bathroom has a trash basket. Maybe you meant a larger one? I think usually if there's a lot of trash, people leave it in the hall wastebasket and the building cleaning crew takes it away. In any event, I hope you will all return next year.

Nicely updated, Perfect location, Lovely host

Stayed with a group of friends for extended ski weekend. The condo is nicely updated / appointed. Three bathrooms is a nice touch!

Well set up for ski gear, 5 minute walk from main park city lifts (closer than parking!) and easy 10 min walk to downtown. We had a perfect stay!

The mudroom/ski storage is brand new, I'm always updating and improving the condo. Come back in the summer for the best hiking and mountain biking around!
