This modern family villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It is situated in the peaceful residential area of Costa de la Calma and is within a 5 minute drive of the popular tourist resort of Santa Ponsa. The area in which the villa is located is well established and there are other sizeable detached family homes nearby.

The villa was constructed in 2003 and is bright and spacious with stunning views from the rear garden to the mountain of Galatzo. It is furnished beautifully and is a comfortable and stylish home ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is air-conditioned and has wifi throughout. It also has internet television that is available in a range of international languages.

The villa is detached and is set within its own pretty gardens and is approached via a gated entrance onto a driveway. It has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious tiled open plan living area with a lounge that has a lovely wood burning fireplace. This leads onto the american style kitchen and open plan dining room area. From here glass entrance doors lead to a shaded balcony with a dining area with a table and chairs and then down to the large tiled sunbathing terrace and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. There is also a laundry room that has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the entrance hallway there is a tiled staircase that leads to the first floor where there are a further 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and another double bedroom has a separate bathroom adjacent. These two bedrooms share a lovely balcony to the rear of the villa that has stunning views across open countryside. Leading from glass entrance doors on the 1st floor landing, to the rear of the property, there is also another large tiled balcony area that offers another area to relax with comfortable seating and sun loungers.

The villa is surrounded by its own pretty gardens that are lawned and planted with citrus trees. To the rear of the garden there is a large sunbathing terrace with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers. There is also a private swimming pool.

Hello my name is Sarah and alongside my husband Clive we are responsible for managing a number of select luxury villas on the Island of Mallorca.

Our company name is Celestial Villas Mallorca and we live permanently in the village of Calvia in the South West of the Island.

We are responsible for looking after our villas all year round and for ensuring that they are maintained to a very high standard.

We pride ourselves on providing a tailored personal service for all our guests and this would include liaising with you during the booking process to ensure that the villa meets all your requirements. We will also meet you on arrival and can arrange any additional services you may require such as transport, a grocery service, personal chef, yacht charter and the organisation of other sports and leisure activities.

All our holiday villas are available to rent throughout the year and we welcome any guests who are considering taking a relaxing break out of season combined with the leisure activities they love including golfing, tennis, walking, cycling and water sports.

Our team includes our own in-house golf representative here in Mallorca who can organise bespoke golf holidays for our villa guests that includes advice and guidance on the best courses, chauffeured transportation to and from courses and discounted green fees.

Exceptional family property with lovely pool

Thoroughly enjoyed every minute in this beautiful property made even better with the very warm welcome and constant service from the property managers Clive and Sarah. Property is clean, well maintained and to a very high standard. Ideally situated in a quiet area and central to beaches and towns. If you want to chose the perfect place to stay and make happy holiday memories I would thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you for helping to make ours!

Stunning Villa

First time in a villa in Majorca, From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome at Villa Margarheta, the managers met us at the Villa and provided a tour of the accommodation which was very well equipped. Immaculate both inside and outside, very well maintained. Lots of beach towels for us to use outside/ inflatable toys for the pool, swimming pool clean, warm. We travelled as a family of 5, (2 adults, 2 teenagers and my 71 year old Dad) we had plenty of space and did not feel overcrowded as lots of different areas to relax in. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and all in working order. Good air conditioning units. Bathrooms all clean with great showers/ lots of fluffy towels, beds clean and comfy, pillows comfy, plenty of choice of pillows, good Wifi throughout the whole of the Villa including outside. Great Satalite TV with massive choice of channels you get all the UK channels. The manager did a shop for us before we arrived which was a huge bonus for us which included extra items of fresh fruit/ biscuits/ Cava/ coffee etc to welcome us. I cannot recommend this villa enough, would have no hesitation in booking again. Thanks Sarah and Clive from the initial booking, recommendations of car hire companies, we had lots of questions and nothing was too much trouble, to aftercare you were brilliant and very professional.

The villa is situated in the peaceful residential area of Costa de la Calma between the popular tourist resorts of Santa Ponsa and Peguera.

The small village of Costa de la Calma offers a variety of restaurants and small bays. There are excellent beaches nearby that include Cala Blanca that has lovely clear waters and is characterised by its rocks and small coves.

The resort of Santa Ponsa has two white sandy beaches, a larger beach and a smaller cove, both of which can be reached within a 5-10 minute drive of the villa. There is a lovely promenade that stretches the entire length of the larger beach and a shady wooded area with tall pine trees where locals normally picnic on Sundays.

Close by there are excellent golf facilities: the Santa Ponsa Golf Course complex, the Real Golf de Bendinat, and the Club de Golf de Poniente.

The resort of Santa Ponsa also has a wide range of bars and restaurants offering traditional Mallorcan dishes, local seafood and a selection of foods from around the world. There are two main supermarkets and a number of smaller concessions for convenience foods.

Santa Ponsa is famously known as the place in which King Jaume the 1st and his men landed on September 10th, 1229, beginning the conquest of the Island from the Moors. The point at which he arrived is known as “Sa Caleta” and is marked with a large stone cross. Every year at the beginning of September this historic event is celebrated in a two week long Fiesta known as “Rei En Jaume”.

For those interested in all things nautical, the stylish Yacht Club, Club Nautico de Santa Ponsa can be found just under 2km away. The luxury super yacht Marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano are both within 10-15 minute drive of the villa and have a selection of stylish boutiques, top restaurants and bars to choose from.

For keen golfers, Santa Ponsa also has three top Golf Courses. Santa Ponsa I & II are both 18-hole courses; Santa Ponsa III has nine holes. Santa Ponsa I is open to the public and many national and international tournaments have been played here. Facilities here include pro shop, clubhouse, trolley and buggy hire, driving range, pitch and putt greens. Golf lessons are also available. At the heart of the course is the clubhouse, swimming pool and 4-star Hotel Golf Santa Ponsa.

Santa Ponsa Market is held weekly on a Saturday morning where there are a wide range of market stalls selling everything from local foods to leather and other hand made goods.

If you are looking to spend a fun day out with all the family then there is a free bus service from Santa Ponsa to the Water Park resorts of Marineland in Puerto Portals and Aqualand and WesternPark in Magalluf.

For those wishing to explore a little further, the pretty fishing port of Andratx or the historic capital city of Palma with an array of fantastic shops and restaurants can be reached within 20-25 minutes.

Palma has a rich mixture of history, architecture, culture and nightlife. It also has a sizeable port and attractive marina. It is easy to explore its charming narrow streets on foot or for those of you preferring a more relaxed pace, you can hop onto one of the city’s many Sightseeing Buses or perhaps a Horse Drawn Carriage that will highlight all the attractions along the route and tell you about its rich history and culture. For those of you who are ‘shop-a-holic’s’ Palma boasts some top brand stores and many stylish boutiques. There are also a wide array of fantastic restaurants, cafés and bars – many with outside tables so that you can continue to soak up the city’s unique atmosphere.

Other sightseeing ‘musts’ are Palma Cathedral and the 14th century hilltop Bellver Castle. Near the Bay of Palma you will also find the acclaimed Palma Aquarium.

For sports and leisure enthusiast´s there are fantastic facilities geared to every activity including 23 professional golf courses and 20 marinas situated around the coast. The Tramuntana Mountains are a real paradise for walkers and hikers and can be explored with local guides or on your own. In recent years Mallorca has experienced a cycling boom and the local government has an active policy to improve routes for cyclists and some of the most spectacular and peaceful journeys can be enjoyed in the centre of the island. There is also a well-equipped modern gym nearby in Poligono Son Bugadelles.

Water sports are a favourite and Pollensa in the north and Can Pastilla in the south have some of the finest windsurfing and kitesurfing facilities. The Southwest and the Northeast are famous for snorkelling and diving. For those who are even more adventurous, activities such as hang-gliding, canyoning, caving or quad bike excursions are also available.
