This home is situated in a well established, very well maintained neighborhood: Fall River; one of Nampa's premiere areas. Quiet and safe, this home backs up to a stream and meandering stream and walking path. Very easy access to the freeway.

This home will envelop you in modern luxury. From the beautiful custom travertine tiled kitchen, bathrooms, dining and entry to the custom wood work, crown molding, large spaces and elevated ceilings. You won't want to leave.

The back yard and covered patio offers a soothing fountain, professional landscaping and a large Rainbow play set. Relax by taking a stroll along the meandering stream that is just beyond the property fence line. Corner lot offers plenty of parking and an oversize three car garage.

Upstairs Bedrooms:

1st bedroom- An expansive master bedroom with a king-size bed and travertine-tiled bathroom with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Attached to the master bathroom is a large walk-in closet. Breathtaking views can be seen from anywhere in the Master Suite, where you can see the lights of Bogus Basin Ski Resort during winter nights. Vaulted ceilings and a built-in television cabinet with a flat screen TV and cable. Master Bath: Relax in a warm bubble bath in the oversize tub or invigorate your senses in the separate walk-in travertine-tile shower. There are dual vanities, vaulted ceilings and tile floors to make for the perfect escape after a long day of skiing, hiking or working.

2nd bedroom- A second master suite with a queen bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet.

3rd bedroom- has a double bed and a twin bed with a private sink and a shared ('Jack and Jill') shower/bath.

4th bedroom- has a twin over queen bunk bed and a twin bed.

Main Floor Bedroom:

5th bedroom- Queen bed with french doors and a patio.

The front-load washer/dryer is centrally located, upstairs, near the majority of the bedrooms.

The kitchen, living and dining area all share an open concept for fun interactive time with friends and family.  It is well appointed with all the cooking appliances necessary for any length of stay.

Living room has a cozy gas fireplace and seating for 7 on the leather couches and comfortable chairs.

We bought this home in 2008 as our primary residence to raise our family. We have since moved and decided to rent this home as a short-term rental. People seem to enjoy staying here, and we're happy to accommodate you. We hope you love staying here!

What makes this house unique

Spacious, home with two living rooms makes it ideal for large families or groups. It's nestled in one of the nicest subdivisions in Nampa and has a great backyard. There's a meandering stream behind the wrought iron fence in the backyard and it backs up to a beautiful walking path.

Great Family Reunion & 100th Birthday Party Weekend in Beautiful Nampa Hone

This absolutely beautiful Nampa home was perfect for our family stay in Nampa. Enough bedrooms for us, our 3 married children and 2 one year old grand babies, and also lovely common areas to share. The house was spotless, very well equipped, and the location was very convenient for all Nampa and Boise Valley activities. Jonathan and Marta communicated clearly and quickly answered all our email questions when preparing for our trip. The VRBO description and photos were quite accurate. All the members of our family thought the house was GREAT! We will definitely want to return to stay if we are going to be in Nampa with our family again.

Our only small disappointment was that there were a few stipulations about the stay that we did not receive until the night before our arrival, when we received our access code. We had been planning a small family dinner with Nampa relatives which we needed to move to another location. We only wish we had known earlier that we would not be able to host the dinner at the home. Other than this very small change in plans for us, the VRBO was perfect!

Don’t Hesitate

We spent Thanksgiving here along with our children and families. Everything we needed was in this home. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoy each other without being crowded at all. The home was clean and the check in/check out process was well explained and easy. We would stay here again.

Our grandchildren had fun swimming at the aquatic center which was just a few miles away. The walking trail was an extra bonus and we had fun greeting all the dogs along the way. Boise is not far and we spent time exploring the city.

NOT pet friendly

The house is lovely and very comfortable. It should not come up when one looks under pet friendly houses(which it does) and the manager should read the inquiry page better.

Owner's Response: This is a pet friendly home. That being said, we reserve the right to approve pets on a case by case basis, which is stated on our profile. In this instance, the guest asked if she could bring two small dogs that were mature and shed very little (miniature pinschers), which we approved prior to her booking. She later requested that a friend be allowed to bring a large dog (Great Pyrenees) that was about 1 year old. We denied this request for a few reasons: -we're not comfortable with that many pets in the home. -this large breed sheds a lot. -large, younger, dogs can do a lot of damage to a home in a short amount of time. Nice home, very restrictive contract!! Beware before booking

We had already booked the home & made 2/3 of the payment before receiving the rental agreement. Our family & extended family was in town for my sons wedding. Imagine my surprise to find out so late in the game that my new daughter in law was not allowed to have her hair & makeup done on site or to have the photographer on site to get a few shots of her getting ready. In fact, there are no visitors allowed in the home at all! It was a very strange clause, had I been able to get a refund I would have cancelled. In the end, it cost me another $350 to book a hotel room so the girls had a space to get beautiful for the big day. The house itself & the neighborhood was great, just would not want to work with the managers again. Moral of the story? Ask lots of questions to see if this is the right fit for you before paying as no refunds are given.

Owner's Response: I'd like to address the items in this review. If you're interested, please read on. -The Rental Agreement must be agreed to prior to making a reservation. In fact, you cannot complete a reservation without agreeing to this first. To ensure guests understand expectations, I ask the guest who makes the reservation to return the completed rental agreement before their arrival. -I advertise the home for 16 people and remain firm on this policy. This home is not set up to be an event venue. This guest initially made a reservation for 6 people and was asked if she was planning on having any more guests, as up to 16 total individuals are allowed. She said that she may have up to 16, and I indicated that this would be acceptable. Shortly before her arrival she announced that she would like to have 40+ people in the home. I explained that this would not be permitted in my home and recommended other venues. I'm appreciative when someone explains their rules and expectations so I know where the boundaries are. When I book a hotel room and later let them know I'll be inviting 15 people into room, I don't become upset when they deny my request, as I have a general understanding that there is an occupancy limit and the room is not a venue. Lovely home

Lovely home . Very well equipped with everything we needed. There was adequate room for everyone in our sibling reunion group(ages 65-84). The stairs were hard for some of the older ones to negotiate to take a shower. There is only a half bath on the main floor. Beware of the metal bed rails in the master bedroom they are real shin kickers. Over all it is a lovely place to stay.
