About Sherie Grace, Grace Of All Trades, LLC

My husband and I both grew up in Minnesota and are still residents of Minnesota. We built our Montana home in 2005 and try to spend about half the year in Big Sky. We both taught at a college in North Dakota for many years and now are mostly retired. We have enjoyed the Big Sky area for about 25 years and it truly is the "Last Best Place". We first came to Big Sky for the Downhill Skiing, but have since expanded into many of the other recreational opportunities the area affords; cross country skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, exploring the greater Yellowstone area and more. If you are looking for outdoor recreation without the crowds , this is the don't tell anyone.

Incredible location, friendly neighborhood, exquisitely peaceful!

  • 5 of 5

After spending a wonderful summer month at the Swanson's amazing home on Rainbow Trout Run we're ready to move to Big Sky! This is a perfect location for travelers who prefer to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants, like to integrate into the community with lovely neighbors and locals and want some peace and quiet. I was incredibly grateful for their willingness to host my dogs as well, who loved playing the backyard and watching the other many friendly dogs walk by on the street. The kitchen amenities are substantial, plenty of bedding, and convenient with a washer and dryer. The beds are cozy and comfortable, everything was clean upon our arrival and the layout of the home is perfect for a few couples or family with kids. We loved sitting out under the stars in the hot tub and relaxing in the backyard in the warm summer sun. We appreciate all the care that goes into keeping this home in great shape. The property manager was the best part, so easy to work with, attentive to every detail, responsive to our requests and trusting during our stay. She was full of great local information, direction and advice, and became a treasured friend through the process! We would absolutely recommend staying at Rainbow Trout Run and will be back again soon.

Perfect summer month in cool Montana village

  • 5 of 5

Lovingly maintained gem; exceptionally well appointed. Very reasonably priced in our view. An easy five minute walk to the best restaurants and activities in Big Sky. Great mountain views from cozy living area. Two bedrooms were perfect with visiting grandson. Rental agent easy to work with all online. Wonderful!!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your great review. We love sharing our home with others and we agree Big Sky is one beautiful village! As your four legged family member now knows we are fondly referred to as "Dog Sky" Montana, because it is a dogs dream of a vacation place too. Please come back and stay with us again.

Wonderful home & great location! Perfect for relaxing, watching wildlife, and adventure!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent the summer at the Swanson’s wonderful Big Sky home. We had a great time! The house is in the perfect location – walking distance to town, with a beautiful view of the mountains and plenty of birds and other woodland critters to watch from the panoramic great-room windows. We thoroughly enjoyed the area, being so close to Yellowstone, yet a short drive from Bozeman’s amenities.

The home was well-stocked, and the hot tub was a treat for sitting out and watching the stars. All the amenities of home were provided, making our stay that much more enjoyable.

We would love to stay here again! The owners were easy to work with, the community is always putting on events (farmer’s market, concerts, …), and the wildlife in the area is amazing.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Owner's Response: So happy to have you return for another stay! Yes, we are truly blessed with the wildlife we get to see right our windows and clear skies to view stars at night. If you didn't know, we now have a hospital! Thank you for the great review.
