2 Bedroom Direct Beachfront Condo w Amazing Views of the Gulf - 24' Private Deck

This 2 bedroom condo may be the best VALUE on the Island. Great view of the entire beach. ALL new furnishings as of Spring of 2104. Main bathroom totally remodeled in Fall of 2014. All new stainless steel appliances in Spring of 2014. Very comfortable Beauty Rest Luxury Firm queen mattresses with individually pocketed coils in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has full bathroom. Also, great views overlooking the island and Bay, a site most do not see at a beachfront condo.

ONLINE BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ!!!! On-line bookings are welcome. Most of my bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. If booking on-line for a Saturday to Saturday weekly booking please proceed as directed. If you are looking for a shorter term rental, please ask for quote before booking. I typically only accept weekly bookings during the summer weeks and some higher demand off-season weeks, so please request quotes for shorter term bookings (6 days same price as 7 because weekly rates are AWESOME!!!!).

Living Room: New Queen Sofa Sleeper. New Loveseat. 2 New End Tables and Coffee Table. New 40' Flat Screen TV and DVD Player.

Kitchen: New Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stove and Dishwasher. New counter appliances include Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Blender. Lots and lots of pots, pans and tableware.

Dining Room: New Dining Room Table with 6 chairs.

Master Bedroom: New Bedroom set and BeautyRest Luxury Firm Mattress. New Nightstands and Lamps. 32' Flat Screen TV.

Master Bathroom has a new vanity and marble top (2016), new chair height oval toilet (2016), new tub/shower doors (2016) and full size fiberglass tub/shower. New ceiling fan (2016).

2nd Bedroom: New Bedroom set and BeautyRest Luxury Firm Mattress. New Nightstand, Dresser and Lamps. 32' Flat Screen TV. New ceiling fan (2016)

Main Bathroom: All new ceramic floor, tiled shower, toilet and vanity.

All new Wall Art and Pictures.

Deck: Private 24' Deck OVERLOOKING THE BEACH and GULF. Newly tiled with Bar Height Chairs and Table as well as Standard Height Chairs and Lounger.

Inverness 702 STR number is 2015-094726. Do not rent any property on the island that does not list the South Padre Island City Council Short Term Rental (STR) permit number (Ordinance No. 15-03) also called the HOT permit number. According to the ordinance, this permit number must be stated on all rental advertisements for said property. With this number, you can verify that the property you are renting is a valid rental and that taxes are being paid.

VALUE. This condo is a great value. With The competitive pricing of this condo and ALL new furniture, wall art, appliances, bathroom updates, top quality mattresses, newly painted and electrical updates, you'll have a hard time finding a better value. With it's closeness to the beach and the amazing beachfront view, you'll have a hard time finding a condo that compares.

Can you find a cheaper place on a rental condo? Yes, but will it have the features this condo has? Can you spend more on similar condo in the area? Absolutely. We have priced this condo similarly to other condos on the island that are beachview or off the beach. To save a few dollars and have a beach view rather than being directly on the beach doesn't make sense. You spend a lot of money on traveling and only have a few days off for vacationing, why not get the best. Our goal is to offer a competitive price and have the condo booked solid rather than charge top dollar and have openings in the schedule. We have many return renters in all our rental condos because we work hard to have nice, fresh and clean condos that our guests enjoy and want to return to. Just what we wanted!!!

The condo was just what we wanted, private deck and spectacular views. We got up early and watched the sun rises every morning. Great relaxing vacation.

Exceeded our Expectations

Beautifully furnished, well equipped, very clean. Excellent location with beautiful view of the Gulf. Owners very responsive and helpful with comprehensive guidelines for our stay. My family including two teenage grandchildren

had a wonderful time on this spring break trip. We would definitely return and highly recommend this as an

excellent place to stay. The security fee was promptly returned
