Well-designed, and beautifully decorated, studio with completely-equipped kitchen. Queen bed and a separate sitting area with a full sofa bed. Large lanai with room to dine and awesome ocean and shoreline view (with city lights at night). The condo has a remodeled full bath, a/c, 27' LG LCD TV with cable. It is located on a top floor and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen has a full-size fridge (at lanai entrance), microwave, cooktop, convection oven, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, pot/pans, dishes, flatware, etc.

Small and convenient, the building is called The Seashore because that’s where it is. In a minute’s time, you can be at the Hula Mound of Waikiki Beach. There is a laundryroom in the building, two elevators, and secured entry to the lobby. There is no pool or parking, but parking is available close by and one of the best swimming beaches is a stone's throw away.

Small with a Great view!

I don't ever write reviews. I am now because I was extremely pleased with the condo location and the manager of the condo, Mike!

I had the pleasure to be afforded the opportunity to travel to Hawaii for work. I booked this condo (first time using VRBO) because I needed a place to stay for 14 nights at a reasonable rate. My first impression was that the condo was small, but when I walked out on the lanai and was sold. Everything I needed to have a comfortable stay was provided and it was a huge bonus to have such a great view of Waikiki beach when I got home from work. After many long days of work it was great to sit out on the lanai and enjoy a sunset. Mike was great to work with and ensured everything was in order for my stay. I have already decided that I will be returning to Hawaii for a vacation and will be looking for this condo's availability.

Spaces are a bit tighter in Hawaii compared to many places on the mainland. I've heard many people compare the size/price--more than anywhere else--of accommodation in Waikiki to that of New York City Fortunately, depending on the building's location, you also have the convenience--like NYC--of being able to walk to most anything that you need (as well as a comprehensive public bus system :-). I'm happy that you enjoyed the location and view of the studio condo, and I hope that you're able to return soon. Thanks again

Everything was perfect

This is really the best place to enjoy holidays. I was here with my son for 3 weeks and if we come back we will go there.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses dans cet appartement idéalement situé, à 2 pas de la plage et du centre de Waikiki. Tout se fait à pied et l'on peut trouver un parking à proximité pour garer son véhicule gratuitement. Le propriétaire Mike est très sympas. Une bonne adresse à retenir

Prime Location...close to everything

I found this place on short notice due to last minute travel arrangements. Mike (the owner) was prompt in responding to all questions and concerns. Very professional! The condo is nice and was perfect for me (single occupant) but would be nice for a couple. It offered a nice view of the beach from the balcony and has all the necessary items available to enjoy a day at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and if my travel plans bring me back to HI, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo!

LOOOVEEEDDD THIS PLACE

This place EXCEEDED all my expecations and much more. Mike (the owner) was so great at helping me figure everything out for my stay. He was so organized and made everything from, the extra help with shuttle services to having detergent for the laundry available. When you're going to a place for a week its these litle things that really help your stay that much more comfortable.

Very clean, quiet, great view, very close to the beach, close to many different mom and pop food shops (which is my fav when i travel). The apartment is the perfect size and it has EVERYTHING you need.

The main thing i liked is the location. Its on the side of the beach where their isnt a lot of tourist around, it is around resorts but you dont get the tourist feel, you get a good local feel. I really hope i get to stay here again soon.

One block to Waikiki Beach!

Fabulous location on Waikiki Beach! Right across the street from the twin towers of the Hyatt Regency. We walked to the beach everyday and to a local surf shop to pick up our boards. ABC grocery store across the street - very convenient. The room was fine for my husband and I and our two daughters (ages 11 and 13). The kitchen was great with a good amount of counter space to prepare meals. We ate outside on the balcony every morning. The rental was clean and in good condition. I would definitely stay in this rental again. Owner was responsive to our requests and in a timely manner. Sorry it took us so long to respond, Mike! We had a wonderful stay last summer, thank you!! Also used an Uber driver for our entire stay! So convenient!!

Beautiful Sunsets

We spent 13 days at this great little condo. The pictures in the ad is exactly what you get. It is small but very clean and comfortable. For us that are older the peace and quiet from the 9th floor was great, as well as a comfortable bed. The elevators were never tied up which was a plus. ABC convenience store right across the road. Beautiful sunset views from the lanai every evening. As a preacher we don't do the beach activities, but with a rental car we drove and hiked all around the Island, and came back to this peaceful haven in the evening. It is a great place for the price. Felt very secure and did not fret of our belongings being taken. Mike was a great help with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place.

Nestled between the Waikiki Resort Hotel and the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa, The Seashore is a 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything that Waikiki has to offer. Less than a 5 minute walk: shopping, restaurants, beach, groceries, all bus-lines. Kapiolani Park, offering a vast array of of recreation possibilities (jogging, playing fields, hiking, gardens, the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Shell and aquarium) is just 7 minutes walk.

To say that this is a convenient location is an understatement.
