This recently remodeled high floor condo is a gem in the heart of Waikiki.
Enjoy gorgeous and unobstructed views of mountain peaks and rainbows while sipping your morning coffee on the spacious lanai. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 2-7 people and features an island-inspired design, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, high speed WiFi internet, flat screen TV with cable and DVD, local phone service, and air conditioning in each room. The trade wind breezes also keep you cool and let you enjoy the island air.
The walk-in closet in master bedroom has everything you might need for the beach - beach chairs, parasol, towels, boogie boards, floating mattress and a cooler.
Each bedroom sleeps two, and the condo also has two fold out sofas.
On-site amenities: lounging deck with panoramic views and BBQ area on the roof top, recreation deck with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, laundry room.
Note: Since these facilities belong to the building, they sometimes can be closed for maintenance. If we learn of such closures, we will do our best to notify our guests.
We love Hawaii! We got married on the beach in Oahu, and come here to celebrate most of the family birthdays and milestones.

We love the building because it's slightly away from the Waikiki noise, secure, has excellent amenities and each unit has spacious lanais!
Right next to the Ala Wai canal which is perfect for the scenic morning jogs
This apartment is conviently localted 5-8 mins walk from Waikiki beach and all its shops. The building itself is quite old and some of the shared areas could use some renewal/maintenance.
However the apartment has been well taken care of despite the age and offers all the amenities we needed. Parking was very handy.
Check in and check out is really easy. However we never got the second key which could have been very handy on a party of 3.
I would recommend as it iss very well located, with a nice view over the river :)
We stayed in this unit for two weeks in August. It was clean, updated and had tons of supplies for our use. The beach gear saved us money and was in great condition. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The owner was very responsive which I appreciate. I would highly recommend.
The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks away from the main strip of Waikiki. Apartment was clean and secure. What we did not realize when we booked it, was that the condo has only window a/c units. We are used to central air so it was very loud for us. Also being on the 14th floor, it gets windy at night and the wind blows right through the jalousie windows. Unfortunately they were doing work on the pool the entire time we were there, so we never got to use it. It was kind of a disappointment. Overall it was fine- owner was very nice & responsive. Condo was not a luxurious place, but if you are looking for an economical choice then this would suit you.
You know that feeling when you walk in the door and the pictures don't do the place justice? What a relief it was to have a condo even more cozy and clean than we expected! And first things first, we walked right onto the lovely lanai and took in the gorgeous view of the mountains!
I was one of three single women who stayed at this condo for a destination wedding with two roommates in early July 2016. We split up, two of us taking each of the bedrooms and then one person on the futon. We slept fairly comfortably - the mattresses in the bedrooms were good, and there was plenty of extra bedding available. The futon was, well, a futon. On night three of our nine day stay, my friend on the futon tried switching to the single bed that was also available in the living room. She found she preferred that mattress, so she switched for the rest of our trip. I slept on the futon one night (so the couple could sleep separately before the wedding!) and I was happy that wasn't my mattress the entire time, but it served it's purpose. For kids or someone without chronic back issues, it would probably be just fine.
The kitchen was very friendly for cooking. There were dishes, cookware, etc., and we were pleased with what we found. The kitchen was clearly remodeled recently and we had no issues with the appliances. Everything was in good working order and was cleaned well before our arrival. We communicated a small issue with the functionality of the blinds to the owner and she quickly thanked us for letting her know so she could attend to it soon.
The beach items on hand were a LIFESAVER. We were at the beach every other day, and because she has stocked quality items available for renters, we felt no need to rent or buy anything other than a couple of rafts from the ABC store. I couldn't find the cooler at first (I didn't ask, either, so that's on me), but there was a bag cooler that was easy to transport, along with two beach chairs (with handles and straps for wearing on your back) and a sturdy beach umbrella.
We had friends staying in one of the other condos maintained by the same owner in this building, and I got the impression that they were as happy as we were. If you're looking to travel in a larger group, contact the owner and see if you can get both places! This location was fantastic for walking all over Waikiki. Get a car (there's a parking spot) if you want to go to Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, or drive to the North Shore. Can't wait to return!
This condo is one of several I have rented in the area and we would gladly return. The condo was fully stocked and conveniently located near the action of Waikiki Beach. There were even a couple of folding beach chairs which saved us from buying them as we usually have to. Covered parking was a plus. Other than only having one bathroom in a two-bedroom unit, the only other downside was the building's location as it is being affected by a series of one-way streets making access a little tricky. Read the instructions the owner sends you as your GPS will send you to the wrong end of the street. The upside is that being 14-stories up with little traffic below makes for a quieter experience. Definitely make this location an option on your next trip to Waikiki.
Perfect base for exploring Waikiki and Oahu, with parking, pool and laundry facilities in the one location.
Sana was friendly, helpful and responsive in all our dealings with her, from our initial enquiry onwards...this gave us great confidence, which is important when you are booking accomodation from overseas and paying up front!
It was very busy in Waikiki when we visited for the Xmas period, the traffic, frequent emergency vehicle sirens and strong trade winds did mean it was quite noisy on the 14th floor some nights...if you are a light sleeper and visiting at this time of year, you might like to bear this in mind and bring earplugs. It didn't spoil our enjoyment of the apartment and we would happily stay there again!
